It's the start of a brand new day.

Today is full of possibilities and magic and we're going to start that right here,

Right now.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out with a big exhale through your mouth.

Once more,

Breathing a deep breath in through your nose.

And this time,

Let any anxiety or worry or stress about your day begin to fade with that exhale out.

One more time,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Letting all stress and anxiety go with that big exhale out.

I want you to envision now everything going right today.

Begin to let a soft smile make its way onto your face.

Bless your day ahead.

Send a positive energy and vibrations throughout every task that needs to be done.

Now allow yourself a big stretch and have a great rest of your day.

It's going to be an awesome one.
