We will practice Loving-Kindness walking meditation for approximately 26 minutes. To do this, start by generating feelings of loving-kindness towards yourself, wishing yourself well-being and happiness. Think of short phrases you can have for yourself. As you walk, extend these feelings of loving-kindness to others, silently offering wishes of peace and happiness to those in your life and even those you encounter. When you do this, notice any shifts in your heart and mind as you cultivate feelings of compassion and connection during your walk. Before starting think about your walking path, prepare your attire, and stretch. Pause if you need to anytime while listening to instructions. Accompanying background music will aid your walking. Keep focusing on your loving-kindness throughout and choose the pace that works best for you.

Welcome to this walking meditation where we will focus on loving-kindness walking meditation.

What we'll do here is we'll extend feelings of compassion and loving-kindness towards yourself and others as you walk.

Before we start,

Think about your walking path.

Prepare your attire and stretch.

Pause if you need to at any time.

This is one of my favorites because of the positivity that it exudes.

How we'll do this is we start by generating feelings of loving-kindness towards yourself,

Wishing yourself well-being and happiness.

Think of short phrases you can have for yourself.

As you walk,

Extend these feelings of loving- kindness to others silently,

Offering wishes of peace and happiness to those in your life and even those you encounter.

When you do this,

Notice any shifts in your heart and mind as you cultivate feelings of compassion and connection during your walk.

I have background music to match this challenge.

Let's continue to do this and keep on concentrating.

In order for you to concentrate,

There will be no more talking for the remainder of this challenge.

However,

There will be a bell to signal the halfway mark.

When you hear this,

You can reverse course and head back to the beginning or remain on your path.
