These 4 categories in the lessons can be treated separate or you may want to go through the process as steps. The lessons and categories are, Your Relationship with Compassion, Transferring Compassion, Accepting Compassion, and, Altering Compassion.

His passion for helping people led to expanded learning to earn certifications in Transformation Life Coach and Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach to elevate giving practical life and career advice. This final lesson and guided meditation focuses on breathing and how to turn suffering into compassion using imagination and thoughts of how to do so. Go beyond yourself and consider that compassion is bigger than yourself.
