
Morning Pages & Journaling Meditation: Fire Element (Long)

Prepare for your morning pages or morning journaling routine with this meditation focused on the element of fire. It is intended to help you release and clear your mind before writing, while also welcoming in any insights from your highest self. With a focus on the fire element, this meditation in particular will help you if you feel like you need a spark of inspiration or need to burn away any blocks. After the meditation, the music will continue to play for about 10 minutes, giving you some background music with which to write. Note: If you want to practice just the meditation and not have the music playing afterward, please check out the short version in my library. Also, I do not provide journal prompts in this meditation, as it is intended for free writing.
