Clarity feels good and safe.

However,

Uncertainty can lead to an opportunity for you to look inward and to travel a new path.

Let go of fear,

Doubt,

And uncertainty to discover the clarity within you.

The quality of your life is the quality of your practices.

What you focus on grows.

Today,

Look inward to discover what is important to you and how you want your life to look so that you can focus on that and carve a new path for yourself.

Welcome to the mindful movement.

I'm Sarah Raymond.

It is my honor and privilege to be your guide today.

I look forward to seeing the positive changes from your manifestation practice ripple out into the world.

And now,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes if you'd like,

Or simply soften your gaze.

Invite your attention to shift away from the sights,

Smells,

And sounds around you,

And begin to bring your focus inward.

Take a moment to check in with how you are arriving to your practice.

Check in with compassion for yourself,

Just as you would if you were checking in with a loved one.

To signal the start of this practice and the process of relaxing and letting go into your awareness,

Intentionally take three deep breaths in through your nose and let it out with a sigh through your mouth.

Invite these deep,

Intentional breaths to signal to your mind and body that you are safe and you are ready to relax.

Awaken to the sensations in your body.

What are the sensations in your hands right now?

Feel the aliveness,

The energy moving within you.

Feel the buzzing or vibrations.

As you become aware of your palms,

Notice the sensations that arise in this area as your focus rests here.

Perhaps you notice a slight tingling or buzzing of energy here.

Allow this sensation to be a comfort,

Knowing that what you focus on expands.

Notice you have a say in where this energy flows.

This energy is your life force and you have the ability to set its path with your attention.

Move your attention to the area of your heart now.

Perhaps,

Like your hands,

You notice a tingling or a buzzing.

Or maybe you sense a warming or an opening quality around your heart.

Whatever you notice is exactly right.

Simply notice that you can move your attention and therefore move your energy.

Where your attention goes,

Your energy flows.

Become aware now of the natural rhythm of your breath.

By simply being mindful and intentional with your breath,

Your body sends a signal to your brain that you are safe and can relax and focus on what is important.

You may begin to sense comfort and ease moving into your body.

With each breath in,

Breathe into the space around your heart and sense an expansion of this space.

With each breath out,

Let go of tension,

Let go of distractions,

Let go of the need to control your thoughts.

Where your attention goes,

Your energy flows.

As you focus on your heart,

Your attention moves your energy here and creates an opening,

A sense of allowing of the good to enter.

A gentle wave of relaxation sweeps over you with each breath in and out.

Allow your breath to create ease in your body and ease in your mind.

This ease allows you to open to the clarity from within you.

Breathe in the feeling of clarity with each inhale and breathe out anything that is keeping you from realizing your deepest desires.

The clarity you desire is within you,

Simply bring your focus inward.

Cultivate simplicity and focus of your mind to experience clarity.

Begin to check in with what is there for you in your present moment experience.

Take this time to get to know yourself right now.

Attend to whatever is drawing your attention.

Let assumptions and expectations fall away.

Perhaps you will learn something new about yourself if you are open to looking inward.

Check in with acceptance,

Curiosity,

And love for yourself.

Give yourself permission to be just as you are without judging.

When you take this time in stillness and quiet to look inward,

Your truth will show up clearly.

Open to the clarity within you.

Breathe in the feeling of clarity with each inhale and breathe out anything that is keeping you from realizing your deepest desires.

Notice the immediate environment around you using your senses.

The world going on around you as you deepen your sensation of relaxation.

The sounds around you and the thoughts coming and going in your head can be your teacher.

This practice is about coming back to yourself,

Coming back to your internal clarity anytime distractions arise.

Because you cannot always guarantee complete silence and a lack of distractions.

It is important to practice relaxation in spite of the sounds around you.

Practice the art of not being distracted when you are in meditation.

Allowing these sounds and thoughts to pass by without following them into a long story.

This practice will translate into a stronger connection with yourself.

A connection to what's important to you so that you can let go of distractions and gain clarity in other aspects of your life.

Letting your external awareness fade away once more.

Looking and listening inward.

Notice your present experience now.

What is showing up for you as you look and listen inward?

Any thoughts?

Any feelings?

Or any sensations?

Are you aware of any dreams for your future coming to mind?

Notice the state of your mind and your body in this moment.

Continue to allow yourself to settle into a deep state of relaxation.

As your body relaxes,

Your mind can relax.

And as your mind relaxes,

It will become more open to new ideas,

New ways of seeing things.

At any point in life,

You can pause and clarify where you are heading.

And you can choose to see things in a new way.

You can choose to take a new path.

Today,

If you wish,

You can set a new course,

A new intention.

This is a reminder that you are here now,

Exactly where you need to be,

Ready to go down a new path.

Your life is unfolding in front of you,

And you have a say on how it unfolds.

There is no past experience that permanently ties you to an old idea or an old way of living.

You can shape this moment to lead you on the path you desire.

You hold the tools to sculpt this moment and every other moment of your life.

Take a moment and let something you desire arise into your field of awareness.

Be open to receive messages or ideas about what it is you truly desire.

Let these ideas come to you with curiosity and without judgment or expectations.

Allow your awareness to shape this into your life for a moment,

Recognizing that your imagination is an extremely powerful tool.

You can use this tool to develop something new.

Visualize this new path taking shape.

Visualize how it fits into your day and how it makes you feel.

See yourself in this new way of living.

Connect with the feelings of what you desire.

As you continue to use your imagination and allow these new ideas to come to you,

Notice the positive emotions that arise from within.

Take the next few breaths and connect with these positive emotions.

Perhaps you recognize that now you are open to receive new,

Clear thoughts in the presence of distractions.

You are open even more to experience new and fresh energy.

You are open to experience clarity and therefore manifest your dreams into reality.

Notice how new ideas begin to present themselves to you.

As you continue to relax and enjoy the open state where new ideas flow to you with ease,

Take a moment and enjoy the calm,

Peaceful state of clarity and let this state sink in like muscle memory.

Begin to broaden your awareness outward.

Sense the air around you as it makes gentle contact with any exposed skin.

Take a full breath in and let it out as slowly as you can.

And do this again,

Breathing in and letting go.

Each deep breath carries an intention of something new and something meaningful to you.

Allow your deepening breath to be nurturing.

Sense your inner clarity.

Continue even beyond this practice to be open to clarity and open to opportunities.

Begin to reactivate each part of your body from its relaxed state.

Feel the gentle refilling of energy back into your body.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Take this calm and clear state with you as you go on with your day.
