So you can wake up connected to your truth with a heart wide open and ready to receive all that's good.

Let this be your space to feel fully and finally feel free.

Welcome to the Mindful Movement.

I'm Sarah Raymond.

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

Allow yourself to arrive just as you are.

This is your space,

A place where you are allowed to be exactly who you are in all your complexity and beauty.

You are free to feel deeply,

To breathe fully,

And to meet yourself where you are with compassion.

Let your energy settle now,

Finding whatever position feels most comforting and supportive.

Trust that you are being held by the surface beneath you.

The earth supports you without question,

Without condition.

It is simply here,

Always.

Allow this support to completely absorb all pains,

Anxieties,

And tension.

With your next breath,

Inhale for a count of four,

Softly hold for seven,

And exhale for eight.

Repeat this twice more.

In for four,

Hold for seven,

Out for eight,

And in for eight.

Until you feel a wave of softness wash over you.

Imagine the energy of the past melting away.

Let go of any tension,

Any expectation,

Any worries or judgment.

Simply let them dissolve with each breath out.

Let go of any need for control.

You are safe here.

You are safe to slow down.

You are safe to feel.

Your feelings are welcome.

Your sensitivity is sacred.

Everything you are is allowed.

There may be moments of stillness and there may be moments where emotions arise.

Both are okay.

Invite any emotions to pass through you freely.

You are grateful for all the feelings that come with being alive.

There's no need to rush.

Into the version of yourself who knows they belong,

Who trusts deeply in their own wisdom,

And who moves through life with authenticity and ease.

Knowing there is no standard that needs to be met.

You feel your muscles moving with grace and purpose,

Your breath deep and steady.

The effort feels good because you're honoring what it means to show up for yourself.

With each step,

You notice a quiet strength building in your chest.

The kind of strength that comes from allowing all of yourself and recognizing you are enough.

Ahead,

You see your special spot waiting for you.

The one that will hold you exactly as you are.

You arrive and lower yourself down slowly,

Letting your body settle into the space.

Feel the cool earth beneath your bare hands and feet,

The comforting warmth of the sun resting on your face,

And the quiet joy of being here.

You are not separate from this place.

You are part of it.

Just like the beautifully resilient trees,

The vibrant sky,

And the refreshing breeze,

You belong and you are powerful.

Now that you've arrived in this space,

This sanctuary that welcomes every part of you,

Let yourself settle even more deeply.

Notice the way the earth supports you without question,

Without condition.

You don't have to earn this place.

You don't have to do anything to deserve it.

It's already here meeting you fully as you are.

You feel a deep sense of self-trust,

Stability,

And balance.

Knowing you're completely free to be your true self here.

Begin to explore the inner landscape of your physical body.

Bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows without needing to change anything.

Simply notice,

Sense the way your scalp feels,

Your forehead and temples.

Let your awareness drift down to your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your tongue,

And your neck.

If you discover any holding,

Any subtle tightness or bracing,

Greet it gently.

You don't need to make it go away.

Just notice.

Bring attention to it by breathing directly into that space and let it know you're listening.

You may offer compassion and a gentle invitation to soften and let go.

Now move into the space of your throat.

Perhaps there's a sensation here.

Perhaps there's emotion.

Let it be here just as it is.

Remind yourself it is safe to feel.

It is safe to listen to what your body is saying.

It is safe to speak your mind always.

Allow this soft awareness to travel to your shoulders and feel the relief as they drop.

You might sense the echoes of all that you've carried.

And here too,

You are allowed to rest.

You are allowed to set down what is heavy.

You're allowed to feel without needing to explain.

Anything you feel is real.

And easily accepted.

As your awareness drifts to your chest,

Allow your breath to deepen.

Not to control or change it,

Just to invite more space.

Feel your ribcage expand in all directions with each inhale.

Feel the warmth in your chest as you exhale.

This space is sacred.

This is the heart of you.

Wise,

Tender,

And powerful.

And now your awareness flows to your belly.

Notice what's here.

Maybe softness,

Maybe tightness,

Maybe a mix of both.

Your feelings are just right as they are.

They are simply signals.

Asking to be heard.

Asking to be held with kindness.

Your feelings are yours and they are valid.

You are here to meet yourself with softness and compassion.

With the steady courage it takes to be with what is real.

You are steady and resilient.

You are more than capable of dealing with all situations.

And you are ready to be seen and heard.

Breathe into that courage now.

Feel how your body responds to being heard,

To being witnessed without judgment.

You are enough.

You are lovable.

You are worthy.

A place where you are free to unapologetically be who you are.

And start honoring your authentic self.

This is the place where your healing becomes your solid foundation of self-trust.

And with that trust comes the opening of possibility.

Imagine now that you are planting seeds,
