I am Arika Trimnell, MPH author of Chakra Pride, a children's book that leverages mindfulness-based social-emotional learning strategies to teach children to build resiliency, self-management, and confidence. I am a certified mindfulness and meditation specialist with a master's in public health, where my focus was on preventing and mitigating childhood trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). I am very passionate about increasing our awareness of spirituality as a foundation for helath and wellness.
