Surrendering is a conscious choice. Surrendering is the act of wild acceptance for who you are, your divine nature, environment. Surrender is not quitting as quitting implies stopping and not going back. Surrender is not giving up, as giving up means to stop attempting. Surrendering to me means to yield and be flexible. Within flexibility, we connect to our is resilience. Join me on a beautiful journey of surrendering.

Today,

We are going to do a meditation about transformation.

And what I wanted you to understand is that true transformation cannot happen without surrendering.

So let's get comfortable get in a seated position,

Lie down if you must or crisscross applesauce always does the trick for me.

And I want you to now take three deep breaths,

A nice inhale and exhale.

Inhale again and exhale.

Inhale one more time and exhale.

And as you just start to breathe normally,

I want you to remember that with every release,

The stress is melting away.

With every inhale,

You inhale relaxation.

And with every exhale,

You exhale tension and stress.

So now let's let our bodies settle in to wherever we are.

So let's do some slow,

Conscious breath work.

We will inhale on account of four,

Holding for seven,

And then releasing for eight.

So breathe in,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Hold,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

And exhale,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Let's try that one more again.

Breathing in,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Holding,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Release.

Three,

Two,

One.

That was beautiful.

Now that our bodies are just a little bit more relaxed,

Let's be intentional and check in with our bodies.

I want you to bring your awareness to your forehead.

Is your forehead crinkled?

Are your brows furrowed?

If so,

Then I invite you to relax them.

Now let's scan down and reach our jaw.

How is your jaw?

Is it tight?

Do you feel the tension?

If so,

Then just relax it.

And then we will scan down to our shoulders and our back,

Releasing any tension that we find there,

Permitting it to go,

Letting it know it's not serving a purpose anymore.

You are now aware of where there was tension.

And now you invite calm and peace.

And after you scan your back,

Let's go down to your hip,

Your hip flexors,

Then down to your legs.

Is there tightness?

Are you clenching the muscles in your legs,

Your thighs,

Your calves?

Where else are you holding tension?

What else can you release?

Now let's bring our awareness to our toes and our hands.

We sometimes forget this when we do body scans,

But you definitely can hold tension in our toes and hands.

So again,

I invite you to release and relax any tension that you find in these areas.

Now we are ready.

We are ready to transform.

And as I mentioned earlier,

When we think about transformation,

It is usually thoughts of positivity,

Right?

Our thoughts,

Our actions,

Our beliefs,

They're all ones of positive when we think of transformation.

But what I wanted to bring to your awareness is that transformation is not positive nor negative,

But transformation is necessary on our hero's journey.

And true transformation is really about surrendering.

It is about our ability to surrender.

When you transform,

You are surrendering.

Surrender to the what isness of life.

Surrender to emotional triggers.

Surrender to this moment.

Surrendering is not something that is a passive thing.

Actually,

Surrendering is with great intent.

Surrendering is incredibly mindful.

When we surrender,

We are mindful of our situation.

We are mindful of who we are.

And most importantly,

We are mindful of who we belong to.

True surrendering is not a throw in the towel or the hands off.

It's a knowing.

True surrendering is a knowing.

Today,

We are tapping in to that knowing.

We are tapping in to the knowing that we are the observer.

We are the observer and despite our perspective,

We know that our perspective is only limited to our past.

We surrender to knowing that how we view a certain situation or even person is clouded by our experience,

Our knowledge,

And our past.

We surrender to the knowing that there is a way and another way to view things.

Knowing that our essence is constant and will remain unmoved.

Knowing that the core strength inside of us survives all hurt.

Knowing that we are the co-creators of this journey.

Knowing that what we see is not real.

It is this knowing that shapes our current world.

And to truly surrender,

We have to surrender to the current moment.

In surrendering to the current moment is where we find our transformation.

So now,

Let's take the next few moments and be very intentional about our surrender.

I am going to say a few affirmations and please feel free to repeat after me or simply say the words affirm or I affirm.

I let go of what I cannot change.

No matter the outcome,

I am taken care of.

I surrender to the what is-ness of life and only hold the energy required in this moment.

Out of difficulties grow new beginnings.

I trust the process.

I am open and willing to live my life in new ways.

God has a greater plan than mine.

Anything I give my attention to will flourish.

I am responsible for all I experience.

Difficult situations lead to divine solutions.

I surrender all expectations.

My emotional pains are just signs of what needs to change.

I am calm in the middle of chaos.

Stepbacks do not define me.

They only propel me into awareness.

Expectations do not hurt.

Expectations do.

Now I invite you to surrender to the present moment in all of its glory.

Surrender to the divine within you.

Surrender to the body that makes action possible.

Surrender to love.

But above all,

Surrender to yourself and your greatness.

Remember,

Surrendering is the key to true transformation and it is intentional mindfulness.

I invite you to take the next few moments to allow these seeds of transformation to take root in your heart and soul.

I invite you to learn recall as part of the process and deliver the pure Schwarz wealth Now with slow and easy breathing,

Let's bring our awareness back into our bodies.

Slowly bring your awareness into your space.

With each inhale and exhale,

You become more and more aware of your body and the space that it is in.

Take your time,

But once you're ready,

Let's begin.

Once you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Slowly come fully back into the space you're in.

Slowly come fully back into the space you're in.

Slowly come fully back into the space you're in.
