Good morning.
I invite you to set your intentions for today.
Think about what it is that you want to bring into your life today.
What would you like to cultivate?
What would you like to get closer to?
Now as we ask our higher selves this question,
Allow it to marinate in our system,
In our body,
In our energy.
And with that,
Let's start with a slow,
Intentional deep breath in.
And let's let it out.
That was fabulous.
Let's do that again.
A nice,
Slow,
Intentional deep breath in through the nose.
And let's let it out.
And as our bodies slowly release any tension,
Any stress,
And you start to feel your body just kind of soak in the moment and soak into where you are in your space.
Continue to breathe normally.
And again,
I ask you to ask yourself,
Ask your higher self,
And ask the universe,
What is it you want to be closer to today?
And as I let you sit with that for a moment,
I want you to sit into the thoughts you might think.
Sit in the emotion that will come when you get what you want to be closer to.
When that manifestation arrives today,
How will it make you feel?
What are you doing?
Who are you with?
If nothing is coming up for you in this moment,
Please know that that too is okay.
I believe in divine timing and the answers will be revealed in due time.
So just sit listening to your body,
Breathing normally as you would.
And for those of you who already have their response from the universe,
From your higher self,
I want you to hold that idea close to you.
How does it appear?
Is it just a thought?
Can you see the object or person?
Whatever it is that you wanted to be closer to,
That you wanted to manifest today,
How are you feeling in this moment knowing that it is yours and knowing that it has happened?
Hold on to these thoughts,
These feelings,
These emotions,
These sensations.
You might even taste it.
If at any time you started to also wonder or have some limiting beliefs pop up,
Please thank them with gratitude.
You might want to hold on to those and write them down after this meditation.
You see,
When we dream big and we dare to come closer to our dreams,
The thoughts that slowly creep in afterwards generally are negative for most of us and know that that is okay.
That those thoughts are not you,
But just things that you have been taught over time and it is rooted in some belief somewhere.
But in doing meditations like these,
You can refrain your thoughts and you can have less negative ones.
So don't just push it away.
Thank the thought,
Give it love and kindness and thank the awareness that you have that.
But also know that you are calling in the intentions of what you want today.
Today you are coming closer to the dream,
Coming closer to your life goals,
Coming closer to your purpose,
Coming closer to everything that is meant to be yours.
But within that,
Know that there is definitely healing work that needs to be done.
Healing often is not an overnight process,
But sometimes it certainly can be.
So however short or long it takes for you to align to your dreams,
Then that just is what it is.
But we are focusing on what we're cultivating today.
Today is what matters the most.
So as you are focusing on your breath and your intentions for the day,
You are making subtle energy shifts in your body.
You are aligning to your desires and your dreams.
You are not fighting any limitations.
You are welcoming them and lovingly releasing them back into the universe.
And as you breathe into your desires,
Breathe the breath of life into your dreams,
You feel them coming closer.
You see them materializing right in front of you.
And as we slowly begin to close out this meditation,
I want you to see in this practice by putting one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Breathe into these sacred spaces.
Lock into the visualization and the emotion of your dreams and desires for today.
Know that it is so.
Repeat silently to yourself that it is so.
Repeat silently to yourself that you are worthy.
Repeat silently to yourself that you deserve this.
And lastly,
Repeat silently to yourself that you are in alignment.
And as you slowly come out of this meditation,
I want you to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers.
I want you to crack a smile because you know that today is the day that you come closer to your dreams.
