Perfectly safe.
Every cell in your body breathing a sigh of relief.
Feeling your cells breathing now this sigh of relief.
Your cells will follow your belief.
Your belief travels you into this space of perfect refuge.
It's like a candle in the dark.
Enough breath to breathe.
You are not alone.
