This meditation can be done lying down or seated upright.

Imagining yourself now taking refuge.

Going inward for protection from the outward.

A safe space.

The safest of spaces.

Seeing it now in your mind's eye.

Feeling yourself now within this space.

Believing that it's real.

Believing that it's here.

Believing yourself within it.

Your refuge.

Just like an umbrella keeping you dry and a hug keeping you warm and a heart keeping you loved.

Feeling yourself here in this space now.

Perfectly safe.

Every cell in your body breathing a sigh of relief.

Feeling your cells breathing now this sigh of relief.

Your cells will follow your belief.

Your belief travels you into this space of perfect refuge.

It's like a candle in the dark.

Enough breath to breathe.

You are not alone.

You are never alone.

Alone is a myth told by those who are not here now in your refuge.

Letting yourself be loved in this refuge of yours.

Letting yourself learn about what you need in your refuge.

And then practice seeing that it's already here.

What you need.

And then practice seeing and feeling and believing that it's all already here.

It's as real as you believe.

Your refuge.
