Hey,
I'm Cyrus.
Welcome to the meditation on returning to the womb,
Reconnecting with your innocence,
And being reborn.
Eliminate all distractions and extra noise that you're able to,
And sit or lie down in a comfortable position of your choice.
Closing your eyes,
And connecting with your breath.
Taking a deep intuitive breath in through the nose,
And sighing it out through the mouth,
Releasing tension.
Let's do that two more times,
Breathing 10% deeper in through the nose,
And letting it go a little bit slower this time.
And on this final one,
Slowing down the inhale,
And breathing deep in through the nose,
And going super slow motion on the exhale.
Take a moment to find your final physical position,
Making sure you're totally comfortable,
And committing to as much stillness as possible in your mind.
Allow your facial muscles to relax,
The little muscles around your eyes softening,
Your tongue dropping,
Your jaw releasing,
Your neck and shoulders softening slightly,
Your feet unwinding,
The legs expanding any tension as they unclench,
The pelvic floor releasing and dropping,
The back muscles unwinding,
The arms and hands releasing all effort,
And the chest and stomach opening and relaxing.
Now imagining as though you're back inside the womb,
Imagining or remembering in your own way what that feels like.
Feeling the overall silence decorated with ambient noise punctuated by nothing but your heartbeat,
Feeling your heartbeat connecting with its rhythm.
Aware of the smallness and preciousness of your body,
Of your fingers and toes,
Feeling the blissful emptiness of your brain not yet exposed to the conditioning or concepts of the world and its citizens.
Relaxing into the safety and the silence of this protected haven,
Appreciating and seeing yourself cradling yourself in this state of total innocence.
Feeling time slow down and stretch on forever in this perfectly blissful suspended state,
As though you're spending an entire lifetime in this safe and loving place.
So spending a little while longer simply relaxing and being aware of your body and the space around you holding you,
Cradling you,
Encasing you with love.
So taking a moment to let go of any memories or pain from this life that you wish to let go of as though they were from a past life and you have this fresh start in front of you,
Just acknowledging,
Forgiving,
Feeling and releasing whatever you wish.
So so and now that we've acknowledged and let go,
Paving the way for that fresh start,
Feeling yourself being reborn out of the womb and into the world with a totally fresh set of eyes,
As though you're being born for the first time.
Maintaining your stillness as you feel free to open your eyes or keep them closed and imagine yourself emerging to all these fresh colors and textures,
Subtle feelings and sensations that you might have felt disconnected from bursting to life all over again.
Open to the feelings of wonderment,
Curiosity,
Sensitivity,
And opening your heart to the pure innocent emotions of love,
Excitement,
Childlike joy,
And effortless connection.
Seeing the world with a fresh set of eyes,
No preconceptions,
Presumptions or labels,
Simply experiencing as it is,
Totally alive,
Just like you.
And if you wish,
Set an intention to carry this freshness of perception,
Perspective,
And feeling with you into your day and week.
Feeling that unmistakable crispness and clarity of your own inner innocence and openness as you allow yourself to gradually open your eyes if they were closed and move your body in whatever way feels intuitive.
To return to the physical world reborn in your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Take a moment to appreciate yourself for investing this time in yourself.
Give yourself the gift of doing one thing at a time with your full attention and a fresh set of eyes throughout your day.
And feel free to like,
Leave a donation,
A comment or a question,
And I hope you have an amazing day.
