In this future manifesting meditation, we'll drop into the body, become super relaxed, and then envision different points in our future timeline. From one week to one month, to one year, then five years and ten years, we'll create with a sense of limitless wonder and possibility, seeing in vivid detail and harnessing the feeling textures of each waystation to find a common thread. Finally, we'll practice holding that frequency in our daily life so the vision can attract effortlessly.

Transcript

Hey,

I'm Cyrus.

Welcome to this manifestation meditation for rapidly manifesting the things that you want to create in your life.

We're going to relax deeply,

Create a super clear vision of what we want to create,

Align ourselves to the energy of already having that in our reality now,

And then embrace any practical steps we need to take to create that.

It's going to be simple,

Effective,

And comprehensive.

Let's begin.

Eliminate any potential distractions,

Put your phone on do not disturb,

And start by laying down or sitting upright in a chair in a comfortable position with your eyes closed.

Take a super deep breath in through the nose,

Filling up your whole body with the breath,

And let the air out through the mouth,

Relaxing as you exhale.

Let's do one more like that,

Even deeper,

Bringing in the air in through the nostrils,

Saturating the entire body with oxygen,

And recycling it outwards,

Relaxing as you let go through the mouth.

Let's do one final breath,

But make it a breath hold to really clear the mind and relax the body.

Breathe in deep through the nose,

Fill up the entire body into the fingers and toes.

Hold the breath at the top,

But stay relaxed in your body as you hold and feel the body,

Head to toe,

All the sensations,

Tingling and vibrating.

And slowly release out through the mouth now.

Feel all the muscles releasing and relaxing deeper,

The mind staying awake and alert as they do.

And bring your attention smoothly to the soles of your feet.

Feeling the magnetic energy rising up into your ankles,

Noticing the blood flow traveling with the attention.

Feeling that wave move up into the lower legs,

Moving your attention like a spotlight.

Traveling up into the upper legs,

Being able to feel the energy rising up into the ankles,

Feeling the energy rising up into the upper legs,

Beginning to ground your attention in the body and helping us become fully present.

Rising up into the lower belly,

Feeling the energy moving into the upper belly and solar plexus area.

Feeling the sensations up into your heart area now,

Perhaps the subtle rhythm of your heartbeat.

And split the attention into both shoulders now.

Feel the wave of energy cascade into your upper arms,

Down through the elbows into the lower arms,

The wrists,

The palms of your hands,

The fingers and the fingertips.

Traveling in reverse back up the arms slowly,

All the way to your neck,

Feeling your jaw,

Lips,

Tongue,

Ears,

Nose,

Eyes,

Forehead,

Top of your head.

Taking a breath and feeling the energy rain down from the top of your head,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

Now tuned into that relaxed open flow of creative energy head to toe,

Start to sense your vision and your imagination,

This sixth sense switching online.

And begin to visualize how you want to feel during this upcoming week.

Perhaps joyful,

Abundant,

Peaceful,

Or relaxed,

Whatever resonates with you,

See it.

Begin to feel it in your body right now,

Allowing yourself to embrace that energy in this moment.

Feeling whatever initial fraction of energy might be flowing,

Amplifying into a total embodiment of that feeling head to toe,

Breathing and flowing with it.

Take a gentle deep breath and let go of specific preconceptions,

Impressions,

And pre-planned thoughts,

And just be open to what comes to you through that sixth sense of intuition and imagination.

Begin to visualize what you want your life to look and feel like and feel like one month from now.

Beginning to let go of limitations and what you think might be possible,

And just allowing yourself to imagine and envision what might be possible,

What excites you or intrigues you about the possibilities of 30 days from now.

Whatever is positive,

Uplifting,

Constructive,

Or creative,

Begin to embrace the feelings behind those visions and start to feel that now in your body as if it's already real.

Now shift on the timeline as if it were only a moment away to one year from now.

See and feel what you want to manifest,

What you want to create or invite into your life 12 months from this moment.

Whatever might have limited you or held you back in the past,

See that melting away,

Dissolving completely,

And all the possibilities of one year from now unfolding before your vision in vivid detail.

Notice anything specific you might see,

Hear,

Or smell in this vision and embrace these visceral details as though they're really happening right now.

And now gently release that and begin to stretch your vision limitlessly to five years from now,

Beginning to invite in any unprecedented possibilities that you might wish to manifest and conjure up in the five-year range.

Notice any subtle textures of the energy that accompanies this five-year vision and welcome in a sense of gratitude for that as if that moment is happening now.

So letting that go wistfully and gently and finally stretching out to one decade from now,

Letting your wildest dreams run freely in this space of 10 years away.

And any fulfillment,

Bliss,

Joy,

Connection that you might envision accompanying this point in the timeline,

Allow yourself to bask in those feelings now as if they're already a part of you.

And start to welcome in a deep sense of gratitude.

Allow there to be no limit to the depth of your gratitude in this moment.

And now gently letting the tether go between you and that 10-year vision and start to zoom out and feel the connection between all those points on the timeline this week,

One month from now,

A year,

Five years,

10 years.

Feel the connection between all of them and the energy they have in common.

Feel that collective energy now filling up your whole body,

Saturating every cell and hold that with an effortless intention.

Start to envision yourself feeling joyful,

Relaxed,

Abundant,

And grateful consistently,

Regardless of external circumstances,

To the best of your ability.

See yourself making that choice more and more often to choose your emotional state instead of reacting to what's outside of you and see and feel how more and more of this positive energy flows your way as an automatic byproduct.

By aligning to this energy of what you want to manifest proactively and consistently every day,

It becomes easier to manifest and attract those things more and more effortlessly.

If you feel you'd benefit from this next step,

When you feel ready,

Slowly return to the physical realm,

Take out a pen and paper,

And write down the major things you saw that you want to manifest.

And then underneath each of those things,

Write down the first simple daily step or steps that you can take towards creating that.

Maybe it's simply consistently doing internal work to remove any mental or emotional blocks that you might have to receiving or creating that effortlessly.

Or there might be some practical steps that you know you need to take.

Either way,

Keep it simple,

Small,

And achievable so you can be consistent on a daily basis and create and manifest what you'd like to over time.

Feel free to repeat this meditation on a daily or weekly basis if you'd benefit from it.

But most importantly,

Meditate regularly and align to the energy of what you want to manifest in order to align to that daily process as smoothly as possible.

I love this one as it pulls me up mentally.I have been going through some rough times,a few minor setbacks such as a health issue,some money issues,just general life.I want to thank you Siras as your diversity in all your content is helpful.I have to say the trip to Japan is a favorite as I have not been able to travel but am now setting my future intentions which will be traveling.This was a great meditation for the setting a new timeline.I wonder if you could do a meditation/ trip to Thailand.For me as this is where I am trying to get enough money funded to help me get there with my partner.It is for a good cause going through Give Back Volunteers.But until then you make such a wonderful magical experience with your travel content that I would absolutely love and know you could do it so well.The trip if you want to look up is through Give Back Volunteers so I or we will help in areas needing help but will also get to see the Beauty of Thailand.Tbe elephant sanctuary,the beaches,the outdoor photography I can do will be phenomenal and the local areas as well.I would love for you to create a piece of content with this travel and all sound effects as you do.
