This meditation is an opportunity to explore the idea that peace is more than a feeling or a state of mind. Peace can be felt as an energy or a vibration. We can receive peace from our external world. We can vibrate the energy of peace within ourselves. We can also share our experience of peace with those we love and the world. Come bask in the energy of peace and let it ripple far and wide.

A warm welcome to The Daily Insight.
My name is Fleur Chambers and as always it is my pleasure to share this time with you.
Today's 20-minute guided meditation is an invitation for you to explore the felt sense of peace.
It's an invitation for you to be curious about how peace feels in your body,
Mind and heart.
To open to the possibility that peace is more than an idea or a state of mind.
That peace is an energy,
A vibration.
As an energetic frequency peace is always moving.
It's limitless.
It has no boundaries.
We can receive peace from our external world.
We can vibrate the energy of peace within ourselves.
We can share our sense of peace with those we love and the world in which we live.
The experience of peace,
The energy of peace vibrates at a higher frequency than love,
Joy or gratitude.
Enlightenment is the only frequency higher than peace and whilst for so many of us the aspiration of enlightenment may feel beyond our reach.
For each of us peace is possible even if just for one small moment at a time.
Peace will feel different for each of us during this practice you may notice that for you peace feels like a softening or a sense of opening and surrender.
Perhaps for you peace will feel more vibrant or energizing.
Maybe for you the energy of peace will evoke a sense of hope,
Possibility or belonging.
The invitation is here for you to open your awareness to the many ways peace may speak to you today.
May this practice soothe your mind,
Body and heart.
So please settle in,
Get comfy and if you like allowing your eyes to gently close.
These closed eyes sending a message to your mind that you are ready to shift your awareness from the external to the internal.
That you are ready to get curious about your inner world.
Long smooth inhale,
Pause at the top,
Long smooth exhale.
Arriving into your practice today and beginning by scanning your body for any places of tension or tightness,
Any aches or pains,
And as best you can offering these places a few deep and intentional breaths.
Noticing if through your breath you can soften these parts of you.
Almost as if each breath contains a gentle sense of compassion and ease.
And drawing your awareness now to the natural flow of your breath.
This gentle rhythm soothing you.
Acting like a balm for your tired body and mind.
A balm for the parts of you who have felt tired and heavy.
The parts of you who have felt burdened,
Small or overwhelmed.
Each breath bringing your mind and body together into the safety of this moment.
Nothing to do,
No one to be.
Here in this moment you are exactly where you are meant to be.
With each breath your awareness is naturally deepening.
Your inner vision expanding.
It feels good to cultivate this sense of inner connection.
Naturally allowing each breath to land in the center of your chest or your heart.
Each breath melting away any barriers around your heart.
Barriers caused by busyness,
By past hurt,
Regret or fear.
With each tender breath these barriers are melting like a block of butter left out in the summer sun.
And noticing with an awakened heart what it feels like to be alive today.
No right or wrong,
Simply noticing.
As best you can accepting whatever emerges for you with a brave and open heart.
As this sense of acceptance grows you are opening to the idea that whatever is going on in your life,
Whatever challenges or struggles are here for you.
Here in this moment peace is possible.
Peace is an energetic vibration.
You can call it in,
Breathe it in,
Let it fill your mind,
Body and heart.
You can vibrate peace,
You can share it with those who need it and the world in which you live.
The more peace you experience the more peaceful the world becomes for you and for those you love.
My friend peace is possible for you and so I invite you to repeat silently in your mind here in this moment peace is possible.
Really allowing this to feel true for you.
And offering this willingness for peace a gentle smile.
And noticing how even this small act feels welcoming to this vast vibration.
Breathing this willingness to feel peace deep into your body.
Imagining this sense of peace being carried through each breath.
With each inhale this sense of peace flowing down your throat.
Almost as if it could soften the words you speak and hear.
Arriving into your chest.
Filling your lungs and ribcage with its warmth and glow.
The breath of peace arriving into your heart.
Washing away the burdens and regrets buried deep within your heart.
Leaving your heart open and cleansed.
Your breath carrying the vibration of peace deep into your stomach.
Softening any judgment or worry.
Its vibration sending a sense of relaxation and ease deep into your belly.
This sense of peace as an energy filling your hips and pelvis.
Softening any sense of fear or insecurity.
Leaving instead a feeling of warmth and openness.
Peace traveling down your legs.
Filling your feet and all ten toes.
Really noticing it in your ten toes.
Peace blowing across your shoulders like a gentle summer breeze.
Taking with it the burdens and responsibilities you carry.
Its warmth traveling down your arms.
Settling over your hands and all ten fingers.
Opening to the felt sensation of peace within each finger.
Inhaling deeply.
Exhaling deeply.
Allowing this experience of peace to seep further into your being.
Your organs,
Tissues,
Ligaments and bones.
Every cell in your body.
Each drop of blood moving through your veins.
Vibrating the energy of peace.
This vibration is infinite.
Limitless.
Perhaps it has a colour.
Together let's send peace out to all humans.
To all creatures.
To all plants.
And to our precious earth.
With each out breath you are sending peace out into the world.
Sensing this vibration echoing from you to all plants,
Animals and humans who need it.
Sensing its warmth.
Sensing its glow moving from your inner world to your outer world.
With each breath really connecting with this vast vibration.
With its glow.
Connecting with its potential to move within you and around you.
Connecting with the limitless potential of peace to transform our lives and our planet.
In the words of Mother Teresa,
I alone cannot change the world,
But I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.
Here in this moment,
May your experience of peace be the stone that creates these ripples.
Resting here in peace.
Breathing it in.
Breathing it out.
Sensing its ripples far and wide.
Allowing yourself to be moved by this experience.
Deepening your breath.
Rubbing your hands together.
Feeling your own warmth.
Placing them somewhere on your body that really seals this sense of inner peace for you.
Opening your eyes.
May you move through your days feeling peaceful and may you share this experience with those you love and the world in which you live.
