Try this meditation every day for a week and notice your perspective broaden and your energy levels increase.
Beginning simply by closing down your eyes and allowing your awareness to land on your breath.
As you breathe in,
Repeating silently in your mind,
I know that I am breathing in.
As you breathe out,
Repeating silently in your mind,
I know that I am breathing out.
Letting that breath practice fade as you feel into the parts of your body that come in contact with the surface that supports you.
And as you exhale,
Seeing if you can feel into this sense of support a little more.
Nothing to do,
No one to be.
It's okay to enjoy this small slice of time for yourself.
Now imagining that you are looking up at the night sky.
Perhaps you're recollecting a time you did this when you were camping or on holiday.
Maybe you've created this moment in your imagination.
Taking in the details,
Noticing or feeling the stars,
The moon,
The glimmer of a planet,
The Milky Way or a galaxy far away.
Noticing,
Sensing or feeling into the expanse of darkness.
Breathing deeply into the energy of the night sky.
Opening to a sense of awe,
Wonder and mystery.
And now inviting your awareness to rest on one star.
Sensing into the power and energy held within this star.
Holding millions of years of wisdom.
Taking up space over hundreds of light years.
And together,
Let's invite this universal energy to greet our body so that we can feel more energized and creative.
Follow my lead,
But don't worry about getting it exactly right.
Trust yourself here.
Beginning by visualizing,
Imagining or sensing this starlight moving from the night sky to the space between your two eyebrows or your third eye center.
This white light moving now from your third eye to your left shoulder.
This point of light moving from your left shoulder to left elbow.
Moving now from left elbow to left wrist.
White light moving from left wrist to left thumb.
To index finger.
Middle finger.
White light greeting the ring finger.
The little finger.
And back to the wrist.
Whole left hand filled with white light.
White light filling the left hip.
Knee.
Ankle.
Moving from left ankle to big toe.
To second toe.
White starlight filling the middle toe.
Ring toe.
Little toe.
Back to ankle.
Whole left foot filled with white light.
Whole left hand side of the body filled with pure white light of the stars and the night sky.
Allowing this energy from the night sky to return once more to your third eye center or the space between your two eyebrows.
Pure universal energy greeting your body.
Imagining this white light moving from your third eye to your right shoulder.
This point of light moving from right shoulder to right elbow.
Moving now from right elbow to right wrist.
White light moving from right wrist to thumb.
Index finger.
Middle finger.
White light greeting the ring finger.
To the little finger.
And back to the wrist.
Whole right hand filled with white light.
White light filling the right hip.
Knee.
Ankle.
Moving from right ankle to big toe.
Second toe.
White light filling middle toe.
Ring toe.
And to little toe.
Back to ankle.
Whole right foot filled with white light.
Whole body is filled with the energy of the night sky.
Recalibrating you at a cellular level.
Reminding you of your true universal nature.
Of the stardust that lives within you.
Opening your eyes when you're ready.
