I'd just like to welcome you to this guided meditation which is focused on enhancing your awareness of your connection with the universal flow of energy.

The feeling of that energy flowing within your body and the flow of that energy to your surroundings.

Just make sure you're in a comfortable position either seated or laying down with your spine straight.

You're sitting just feet flat on the ground,

Hands just wrestling loosely in your lap or by your side.

And if your eyes aren't closed,

Just close them now.

Gently close your eyes.

So we're just going to begin by taking a few deep breaths.

Allowing yourself to relax and just settle into the present moment.

Feel the sensation of the air entering your body through your nose.

And the release as you're exhaling that breath.

Just letting the breath,

Utilizing the breath to let go of any tension or distractions.

Now bringing your awareness to your breath.

Notice how it moves in and out of your body.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in fresh revitalizing energy.

And with each exhale,

Imagine releasing any stagnant or negative energy.

As you continue to breathe and focusing on your breath without worrying too much about it,

Just letting your breath do what your breath naturally does.

Start to expand your awareness beyond your breath.

Becoming attuned to the subtle sensations of energy flowing within you.

Notice any areas of tension or blockages.

And with each breath,

Imagine directing energy to those areas.

Just allowing them to soften and relax.

And just using your breath to channel that energy into your physical body.

Now we are going to focus on each of the main energy centers in your body.

The chakra system.

Beginning with the root chakra,

The red chakra,

Which is located at the base of your spine.

As you breathe in and out,

Focus all of your attention on the flow of the energy into the chakra.

Allowing yourself to feel grounded,

Safe and secure.

Breathing deeply into the knowing of being fully supported in your physical,

Mental and emotional bodies and connected with the earth.

Breathing in and out,

Feel the healing energy move through this chakra.

Deeply grounding you.

Feeling safe and secure,

Just allowing yourself to release and really let go into this meditation.

You're fully safe,

You're fully secure,

You're very grounded.

Just allow the energy to move through your body.

Now bring your awareness to your orange or sacral chakra,

Which is located in your lower abdomen.

This chakra is the center of your creativity,

Your emotions and pleasure.

It's associated with passion,

Intimacy and sensuality.

Allow the healing energy to clear all the blockages that are blocking your connection.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Feeling and being aware of the healing energy expanding into and moving through this chakra.

Focusing now on your solar plexus,

The yellow chakra.

Feel the energy increasing your sense of inner power,

Confidence and self-esteem.

As you breathe into this chakra,

Focusing your will on increasing your willpower,

Motivation and self-discipline.

Channeling the energy into the seat of your power.

Breathing in deeply and exhaling deeply.

Bringing your attention now to your heart chakra.

Breathing in the energy of love,

Compassion,

Forgiveness and breathing out anything that does not relate or align with that.

Just letting go of all of that stagnant energy which is blocking the flow of love,

Forgiveness and healing within your body.

Focusing on feeling the healing energy expanding into your heart space.

Breathing in the flow and feeling it expand out into the world around you.

Focusing now on your throat chakra.

Opening up your channels of communication,

Self-expression and your connections to the world around you.

Opening up your channels of communication,

Self-expression and your connection with truth.

Allow the energy to flow freely through this chakra,

Helping you listen and communicate honestly and openly with yourself and others.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Bringing your focus now to your Ajna chakra or your third eye located on your forehead between your brows.

This chakra connects you with your intuition,

Insight,

With your imagination.

It is associated with wisdom,

With perception and the inner vision.

On each breath in,

Feel the energy expanding into the chakra.

Feel the energy expanding into this chakra,

Bringing clarity and vision,

Trusting in your inner voice and inner guidance.

Just breathing in and feeling the energy expanding in to your third eye.

And now become aware of the sensation of energy flowing through your crown chakra.

Become aware of your connection to the flow of universal energy coming in through the top of your head.

The crown chakra represents spirituality,

Enlightenment and connection to the divine.

It is associated with higher consciousness,

Spiritual awakening and universal oneness.

Feel the energy expanding through this chakra,

Opening up your connection with the source of all that is.

Be with the flow of energy coming in through your crown,

All the way through your chakra system down to the base chakra,

The root chakra,

Grounding you to the earth.

Be aware of your energetic connection with the spiritual realm and the physical realm.

And just keep breathing in and breathing out and feeling that energy expanding.

Now expand your awareness even further to include the energy of your surroundings.

Feel the connection between yourself and the world around you,

Sensing the flow of energy in the air,

The earth beneath you and the space around you.

Feeling yourself through your breath,

Through the flow of energy,

Deeply connected.

One with the energy.

Just feeling that flow of energy expanding within you,

Through you and out into the universe and into the surroundings around you.

Just be one with what is.

And just keep focusing on your breath.

With each breath in and with each breath out,

Allow yourself to become more deeply immersed in this awareness of energy.

Feeling it pulsating and circulating throughout your entire being.

Let go of any resistance and just surrender to the natural flow of energy within and around you.

Just keep focusing on your breath.

You may be aware of the energy pulsating,

Vibrating in different parts of your body,

Through your chakra system.

Just be with that,

Surrender to that,

Allow that.

Breathe into the expansion of that.

Just trust that flow of energy.

Infinite intelligence of energy just moving through your body,

Healing your body,

Giving you everything that you need.

You don't have to do anything else except focusing on your breath.

Just breathing in and breathing out.

And just continue to breathe and remain present with this awareness.

So just keep bringing yourself back to the breath,

Bringing yourself back to the awareness of the energy flow.

Just allowing yourself to fully experience the interconnectedness of all things through the subtle dance of energy.

You are one with all that is,

Just allow yourself to experience that.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Letting that energy just flow,

Opening yourself up to it,

Allowing that energy to just move through any blockages,

Releasing them.

Letting go of all resistance,

Allowing yourself to experience yourself as one with all that is through the flow of energy.

The never-ending flow of universal energy that you are always connected with,

That you are allowing yourself to experience.

As you just focus on your breath,

You don't have to do anything except just be present to what is.

Your breath,

The flow of energy,

Your connection to all that is.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just keep focusing on your breath and feeling the expansion of your awareness of the energy flow.

Just keep focusing on the expanding consciousness,

The expansion of your awareness.

Just allowing the energy to open up your awareness.

Letting go of all the resistance,

Just focusing on your breath,

Leaning deeply and deeply into this space of peace,

Of connection.

Feeling that energy moving through your body,

Through your physical body,

Clearing out all the blockages and all the things that are stopping you from feeling connected,

Calm,

Happy,

Peaceful.

Just allow yourself to experience yourself as the infinite flow of universal healing energy.

Breathing in and breathing out.

As we come to the end of this meditation,

I want you to just take a moment to express your deep heartfelt gratitude for this heightened awareness.

For your connection with the universal flow of energy and the sense of harmony it brings.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

And you can carry this enhanced awareness of energy flow with you,

Through you and out into the universe as you go about your day.

When you're ready,

You can just come back into the room.
