No one knows the answer to this loser you are.

So you can just close your eyes.

Just make sure you're sitting or lying comfortably with your spine straight.

Just feel yourself completely relaxing.

It's like this whole feeling,

Your whole body,

Everything within you knows right now that it's just time to let go.

It's just time to relax.

And for the next few minutes for this meditation,

It's just a time for you to feel very relaxed,

Very connected with great,

Great big gratitude for being here and being back together again.

I want you to focus on your breath.

Just allow yourself,

Allow your breath to just find its natural rhythm,

Its natural pace,

But deep breath in.

So deep inhalation in through your nose and then just holding it and then releasing it.

So just find your own comfortable rhythm with that.

You don't have to do any counting today on your breathing.

Just being aware of your breathing,

Allowing the breath to just flow in through your nose,

Holding it and releasing it.

So today we're going to be meditating on the universal law of giving and receiving.

And as your breath is coming in,

I want you to feel yourself,

Imagine yourself,

Visualize yourself,

Allowing yourself to receive that oxygen.

So it's like you're allowing yourself to completely receive from the universe.

The universe is giving you absolutely everything that you need right now.

Universe wants you to have it.

You're allowed to have it.

You're meant to have it.

It's your birthright to have it.

And as you release the breath,

Allowing yourself to be giving back to the universe.

And I want you to visualize now that that breath is a flow.

It's just an ever moving circle.

In and out.

It's completely natural.

You're completely open to it.

You're absolutely allowing it.

There's no resistance there.

There's no blockages there.

There's no stories there.

There's just an absolute allowing and openness and fluidity and flow of giving and receiving,

Of allowing yourself to receive from the universe and giving back to the universe and filling yourself just at one with the whole process.

It's in and out.

That circle never ends.

It's the natural order of things.

And when you're working with it,

You are working with the natural laws of the universe.

It didn't even occur to you to block the flow.

The flow is just flowing.

You're part of it.

You're allowing it.

You're open to it.

You're receptive to it.

You're part of it.

And as you're feeling that breath,

That oxygen in through your nose and out through your mouth and feeling it travel through every part of your bloodstream,

Through the oxygen,

Through all your organs,

Into your brain,

Into your mind,

Just expanding and opening in the mind.

Feeling the energy in your crown chakra connecting you to the universe,

The energy in your third body,

Opening up your wisdom,

Your intuition,

Trusting of your gut,

Your throat,

Open communication,

Life expression,

Your heart,

Loving energy,

Willingly given.

Open and allowing your sacral chakra,

Open and allowing your base chakra,

Fully grounded,

Open,

Feeling secure and safe in your place in the world.

Feel this balance of energy within your physical body,

Within your energetic body and this never-ending flow,

Giving and receiving through the air that you're breathing,

The oxygen moving through your body,

Allowing yourself to feel completely at one with the universe,

Completely at one with part of the whole.

You're part of the universe and the universe is part of you.

Just allowing yourself to be giving and receiving freely within the energetic exchange of the universe.

There's no blocking it.

There's no feeling like you're not worthy of it.

You're not allowing it.

You're just allowing yourself to be part of it.

Complete surrendering to the laws of the universe.

With each breath in,

Allowing yourself to receive,

With each breath out,

Allowing yourself to just be part of the flow,

Giving back to the universe.

Giving,

Receiving,

Giving,

Receiving.

Go through important.

The more you give,

The more you receive.

The more you receive,

The more you give.

It's an ever-balanced energy.

You're just allowing yourself to receive more and to give more.

All that is done and received from your owning of your place in the universe as part of nature,

As part of the natural flow,

As part of the natural water.

All that is done and received from your owning of your place.

Just allow that breath to flow in and out.

Tell me your thoughts go,

Bring them back to your breath.

Remembering you're part of the universe.

Giving and receiving in a smooth,

Never-ending flow.

There's always more to receive.

There's always more to give.

The more you receive,

The more you receive.

The more you receive,

The more you can feel the energy and giving that we receive.

And through receiving that we give.

The more you receive,

The more you can feel the energy and giving that we receive.

The more you can feel the energy and giving that we receive.

The more you can feel the energy and giving that we receive.

Now I just want you to bring yourself back to your body.

Spend a moment here just with deep gratitude for the process you've just been part of.

When you're ready,

Those wriggly toes,

Your rear hands,

Your rear legs,

Your bum,

Your body,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your head.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and just bring yourself back into the room.
