Find somewhere comfortable to sit.
When you're ready,
You can close your eyes or bring them to a soft gaze.
And just take a deep inhale and exhale.
Allow the breath to wash over you.
Notice how you're feeling right now.
Perhaps you feel some tension within your body.
Just send your breath there.
Allow it to expand and release.
Listen to your inhales and exhales and use them as a tool in coming back to the present.
Give yourself these three minutes to be present.
Just notice whatever stories,
Thoughts,
Or distractions are coming up.
Do your best to not get involved with them,
But instead come right back to the breath.
Just giving yourself permission to let those thoughts go right now.
Meditation is a great space to relax.
Meditation is a great space to recognize thought patterns that are not serving you.
Just take a few breaths here to just breathe and notice what is coming up.

Let's take three inhales and exhales together.
