Love is really the best pathway to finding your bliss.
As the Buddhist quote goes,
In the end only three things matter.
How much you loved,
How gently you lived,
And how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.
Let's all begin by taking in a deep cleansing breath and let it all go.
And you can even sigh on the exhale like this.
So let's do that one more time.
Taking in a beautiful inhale in through the nose and letting it go with a sigh.
And a few more deep cleansing breaths at your own pace.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
And once more,
Nice deep inhale,
Exhaling slowly and evenly.
Right,
Good.
And whenever you're ready,
Gently close your eyes just to help you focus your attention inwards.
And if this doesn't feel comfortable to you,
Keep your eyes gently open and gently gaze downward.
And begin by settling back.
Get as comfortable as you can,
Whether it's on a mat or reclining back in a chair or on your bed.
Just switch off all the responses all over your body as your muscles ease off more and more,
Further and further.
Notice where in your body you might be feeling some tension or some pain or any residual stress.
And send love to that part of your body,
Inviting it to relax and ease off more and more,
Further and further.
The intention of this meditation is all about love.
Love can really conquer almost anything.
When you have love and you put love in your heart,
It can melt almost anything.
So let's all begin by taking in another deep breath.
And as you're breathing in,
Just count to four.
And then on the exhale,
Breathe out slowly and evenly to the count of eight.
Let's try that right now.
Breathing in to the count of four.
Exhaling to the count of eight.
And as you're breathing at your own pace,
Just think about putting love in your heart.
Feel your heart expanding,
Swelling like an accordion.
Taking another deep breath right in.
Breathing in love.
Breathing out any tension or stress you may be feeling.
And then continuing in your own time,
Breathing now.
Inhaling in to the count of four.
Exhaling slowly to the count of eight.
Just breathing quietly on your own now.
Three more breathing sequences.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing out.
Continuing at your own pace.
And whenever you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch,
Yawn,
And quietly come back to the room with the intention to feel love and continue to put love in your heart for the rest of the day.
And hoping this helps you all take one step closer to finding your bliss.
