Love is the best pathway to finding your bliss. As the Buddhist quote goes: "In the end, only three things matter; how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you." With this in mind, I wanted to create a meditation all about putting love in your heart, which combats so many negative emotions. And by breathing in love, we expand our hearts and feel lighter and gentler and happier, and can all take one step closer to finding our bliss.
