Let's start our day by focusing on our breath,
Allowing ourselves to relax and find inner peace before diving into the busyness of the day ahead.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling up your lungs,
And slowly exhale,
Releasing any tension or stress in your body.
With each breath,
Let go of any thoughts or worries that may be occupying your mind.
Notice how your body feels as you breathe in and out.
Feel your chest rise and fall,
And the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body.
Allow yourself to fully embrace this present moment,
Letting go of any distractions or concerns.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your attention to the sensation of the breath moving through your nostrils.
Feel the coolness as you inhale,
And the warmth as you exhale.
Let this awareness of your breath anchor you to this present moment.

Focusing on your breath and finding peace within.
