Like a balloon floating by.
See them,
Acknowledge them,
And let them drift away.
This is your time to let go of everything,

You now can see yourself laying back with your bed perfectly cradling your body,

You are safe and warm.
You feel gratitude for being so relaxed and comforted by your bed.
Extend this gratitude to other areas of your life,
Filling your body up with gratitude of the things that you do have,
The blessings you have.
Let them flow to you,
Starting with smaller things.

Focus on that feeling,
The deep gratitude that you have.

You continue down this lazy river.
Everything so harmonious that you feel yourself so drowsy now.
