This is a dreamy, guided sleep meditation. Angie will lead you with calming words, through a gentle body scan, a countdown, and finally followed by positive affirmations that will gently lull you into a deep state of relaxation. After the affirmations, you will be left with 5 minutes in the end to listen to the soothing sounds of the music produced by Matt to allow you to fall into a deep sleep. Sweet dreams.
