Noticing the rhythm of your breath.
Allow yourself to take a few deep breaths.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Allowing your body to relax with each breath.
Feeling your body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale.
As you inhale you can visualize drawing vital energy from the universe.
You can see it as bright radiant light entering your body through your crown.
Filling every cell with its healing powers.
Feeling your body expand with this loving energy on your inhale.
On your inhale knowing this energy is filling each and every cell on your exhale.
As you inhale filling your body with loving energy.
And as you exhale directing it within your body.
You can imagine directing this light to your womb.
Visualize your womb being bathed in healing light.
If you are pregnant you can imagine the light surrounding and nurturing your baby.
And if your children are already born you can imagine this time you were pregnant sending the energy to them.
Or you can simply imagine them as you are or notice the version of them that comes to mind now.
And imagine this golden light nurturing,
Protecting and loving them.
Feeling this connection.
Feeling the sensation of energy as it moves through you.
Feeling your body expand on your inhale.
And sending this energy on your exhale.
Feel its warmth,
Vibrancy and loving presence.
Imagine the light creating a strong loving bond between you and your baby.
As you breathe in this energy affirm that you are receiving unconditional love.
Feel this love surrounding and filling you.
Accepting you completely as you are.
Keeping your attention on your breath and sensations that may arise in your body.
Allowing any thoughts,
Emotions or memories to arise.
Simply observing them and passing without judgment.
Simply return to the feeling of love and energy with each breath.
Knowing at any moment throughout your day you can draw on your breath,
