Until all the body is covered.
All the lenses are cleaned.
And your clarity and focus has touched every part of you.
And then when we leave this hall,
Or when we extend ourselves in metta,
We allow this clarity to bridge the gap between us and the world.
This focus to resonate outward from us.
Touching everything we come in contact with.
Then just as Anupana is a hub for us to be able to sharpen our awareness and generate clarity,
And carry it to the rest of the body.
