Hi Love,
I'm Teresa.
This is part two of my Permission to Expand series.
A soft space to help you enter the new year with clarity and trust.
Today we're exploring the gentle,
Unmistakable feeling of a true yes in your body.
Let's begin.
Take a moment to settle in and feel the ground beneath you.
Let your breath find a slow,
Natural rhythm.
And before we go anywhere,
Just notice this moment.
Your body is already softening.
Your nervous system already knows you're safe.
Today,
Together,
We're going to feel for one thing.
The soft yes.
Not the pressured yes.
Not the polite yes.
Not the survival yes.
The true yes.
The one that comes from the deeper,
Quieter places.
Breathe into your chest and let your awareness settle there,
Like a warm hand resting gently.
And recall a moment,
Big or small,
When your body said yes.
A person,
A place,
A choice,
A possibility.
Notice how your body remembers.
Maybe the breath deepened just a little.
Maybe your chest opened.
Maybe your shoulders dropped.
Maybe you felt warm,
Excited,
Calm,
Curious.
Your yes doesn't shout.
It doesn't demand.
It doesn't rush.
Your yes softens you.
Feel that softening now.
Feel the warmth spreading through your chest.
Feel the quiet confidence.
Feel the openness.
This is your compass.
Breathe into your belly and let it soften.
And gently say inside,
I trust the soft yes.
Again,
A little slower.
I trust the soft yes.
Your life expands when you follow what feels like this,
Warm,
Open,
Grounded,
And true.
You do not have to explain it.
You do not have to earn it.
You do not have to justify it.
Your body knows.
And let that knowing settle like a stone in a river,
Steady,
Certain,
Peaceful.
And stay here for a couple more breaths,
Feeling the gentle opening in your chest.
And when you're ready,
Place a hand over your heart or belly and whisper to yourself,
I trust the soft yes.
And feel the yes trusting you back.
Thank you for listening.
This is part two of the Permission to Expand series.
If this meditation resonated,
The next practice,
A Life That Fits Me,
Is waiting for you.
Be gentle with yourself.
And as always,
Remember,
You are loved.
You are enough.
You are whole.
