TY for just talking straight out & not all bubbly or overdoing the optimism. It just sounded reasonable & that's a good place for me to start.

She sounds very sweet, kind, and real. She offered three concise, helpful “gems” in this short talk.

As a coach, it's a joy to listen to people who have mastered their craft. I found Tara"s msg provided clarity, calmness, warmth in her tone of voice topped with compassion towards her listener. Loved this recording. Thankyou

Thank you! I was very sleepy when listening but noted your gentle and compassionate voice. I found it really helpful to consider acceptance of the inner critic voice and following that up with compassion. I will listen again! I really need help with this.

This helped me see how to work with my body, not against it. While I'm struggling in ED recovery, I am doing my best, and chose to be gentle today, chose to love myself and not judge, not my body nor my mind. Thank you. 🥹🫶🏻
