Hello,

Everybody,

And welcome.

Thank you for joining me on this moment of connecting with ourselves in uncertain times,

In feeling ungrounded and maybe stressed,

Overwhelmed,

Out of control,

Any of those emotions that many of us feel today on the planet in many changes that we are going through.

So this sweet meditation will give us a moment of connection and connecting to our planet and giving our body intentions of what we want to carry around with us through the day.

So I invite you to get nice and comfortable in your body,

Whether you are sitting in a chair or lying down.

It's beneficial to uncross your arms and legs if that is comfortable for you.

If you are having a day where you feel more comfortable,

Kind of curled up in a ball,

Under a blanket,

You could stay there and then try this on another day when you feel like stretching out a bit.

So wherever you are today,

Just be where you are today.

And I invite you to just look around your surroundings where you are.

This is a good hack to do if you're taking a break at work and you might be in the car or you might be outside on a park bench or you might be in a room,

Wherever you are,

Just look around at your surroundings where they are on this present time day where you are,

Or evening and taking a breath,

A gentle sigh out.

And I invite you to close your eyes or find a soft gaze.

If I do a meditation where I'm out in public,

In a car,

On a park bench,

I will keep my eyes open on a soft gaze.

And let's take in some collective breaths together just to connect to our body.

And before we do that,

You could even say hello to your body.

Hello,

Body.

How are you today?

How are you feeling?

And that might come as a sensation in the body.

Maybe you're feeling light and energetic.

Maybe you feel a little bit of pain in the body,

Whatever it is,

Just observe it.

You could even tell your body,

I know you're in pain and I love you and I've got you.

But if you're uncomfortable with saying I love you to yourself,

You could just say I got you.

I'm here with you,

Body.

I hear and see your pain and I'm going to do my best to ease your way through it.

And that goes with mind emotions.

Sometimes we get mind pain as well.

Maybe you're stressed out today and just notice that in the body and just say,

I feel your stress.

I know you're stressed and we're going to just relax on a little bit.

Instead of pushing away and resist it usually has all that come at me in a bigger emphasis,

A bigger,

Bigger form of pain.

So just observe your body where you are today.

And find a nice soft gaze or shut your eyes,

Close your eyes,

Whatever is comfortable in your body.

Everything I offer is an invitation and you do what's comfortable for you.

And I invite you to take a nice,

Beautiful breath all the way down to the bottom of your lungs.

Just taking a big,

Deep breath.

It could be through your mouth or your nose,

Whatever is comfortable.

And a sigh out,

Just a release.

And I invite you to put your attention on your feet,

Your two feet and take in a nice breath.

Really fill those lungs up with that oxygen,

Which is going to travel all through your body and breathe out.

You can breathe out your mouth,

Your nose to whatever you feel like doing.

And I invite you to put your attention on your hands and take in a beautiful breath.

We all have access to the pause in our breath.

With each breath we come back to the present moment where we are now and you can release that breath.

It starts to relax the nervous system.

I invite you to put your attention on your whole entire torso,

Your shoulders down to your hips.

This beautiful area in our body that keeps us running all those organs and blood and veins and amazing aspects to our body.

So you could breathe into that torso and breathe out to release it out.

Now I invite you to put your attention on your head and your neck and your throat,

Everything on your head,

Your ears,

Your eyes,

Your mouth,

Your nose,

The top of your head,

The crown of your head.

Breathe in like you're breathing in for your whole entire head and your neck and breathe out.

Now let's connect with our whole entire body from head to toes,

Shoulders down the arms and your fingers and your torso and take in a beautiful breath.

With the intention of putting that oxygen all through your body and a cleansing sigh out.

You just really drop into your body,

Feel the object you're sitting on or lying down on.

Notice where the body gets heavy on the object and just imagine your whole entire body just getting really nice and heavy and relaxed everywhere in your body.

Even relaxing your eyeballs and the muscles that hold your eyeballs in your head and your jaw let that relax.

If you find your jaw clenched just go,

Oh I see some stress body and just unclench.

Just observe the body,

You don't have to judge the body.

Like us,

We don't like to be judged,

Our bodies don't like to be judged,

Especially by ourselves or when we judge our body it really hurts the body.

But if you observe and love your body just as you are,

The body begins to relax and trust you.

And just continue to breathe,

Get into your breathing really with the intention of giving your lungs that beautiful oxygen and saying hello to our lungs.

We could store a lot of grief in our lungs.

And just noticing and observing it just allows the energy to start flowing and getting stuck in our different body parts.

Beautiful,

Beautiful.

And now that we have connected with our body,

Our mind and our body and our spirit,

If you're into spirit,

Just allow it to be one.

So now I'm going to invite you to ground into our planet,

Connect with our planet.

And we're going to do this in a fun,

Fun,

Easy,

Simple way.

And just find if you get a little scientific or try and figure it out.

This is more like a little kid move of dreaming and playing.

So allow your body to be that childlike kid.

You can use your imagination and your visualization.

And if you can't visualize today or it's just not connecting,

No worries.

Meditations of practice.

It's different every day.

It's not good or bad.

It's just different.

So I invite you to put your attention on the object you're sitting on or lying down on.

Even if you're outside lying down on a lawn or grass or out in the forest,

Wherever you are,

Just,

Just put your attention on the earth that you're on or the object you're on.

And we're going to use this object we're sitting or lying down onto to root us and anchor us into the planet.

And there is room for every human,

Every animal,

Every plant to ground into our planet to really get a nice footing safety on mother earth.

So I invite you to ask the object you're sitting on or imagine the object you're laying down on to stretch all the way down to the center of the earth.

If you're in a chair,

You could just ask the chair for legs to go all the way down to the center of the earth and root in almost like tree roots.

Or you can use the car seat you're on.

This is,

You could even do this in the office,

Even out of meditation,

Just ground,

Ground,

Ground,

Anchor into our planet.

If you're lying down on a lawn,

You can imagine the blades of grass and the roots going all the way down to the planet and really finding a nice secure space for you.

And remember to breathe and give your lungs the beautiful oxygen as you're doing this.

And if you find yourself in effort,

Just remind yourself it's play time right now for you.

You get to be a little kid right now.

And if it's not working or connecting for you today,

You could try it later.

You could try it tomorrow.

You could try it if you're lying in bed and you can't sleep,

You could anchor yourself down to the planet.

So just breathe into that and either feel it like know you're or feel that you're anchored in,

Feel that extra holding that nurturing from our planet.

That support,

Supporting you.

And if there's anything overwhelming in your body space or mind space,

Anything that's really taking your attention,

It could be somebody else's problem.

It could be a child,

Your child.

It could be your niece,

Nephew.

It could be your friend's child that you're worried about,

Or it could be a friend you're worried about,

Or it could be a coworker you're worried about,

Or it could be your partner,

Whoever it is.

It might be taking up space in you,

Or you might have a certain stress about bills or money or what's going on in our planet,

In our society,

The society that you're in.

Anything that's just out of control and overwhelming and unknown,

And you don't know what to do with it,

And it's taking over your mind and you can't get your things done and you're not creating any of that,

Whatever the energy is.

If you don't know what it is,

You could just call it fear or pain or resistance.

Maybe perhaps you were trained in your upbringing to take care of other people's problems and not take on your problems and forget about yourself.

They get stuffed down in our bodies and can manifest a physical or mental disconnection.

So I invite you just to observe that energy,

Those feelings in you,

And we're going to ask that,

Almost like that crowdedness in our body when we hold too much.

And it could even be something like happy,

Or maybe you're really excited about something and you need to focus.

It doesn't have to be a problem to release anything from the body,

But I invite you now to allow that energy just to kind of start stirring in your body and releasing down into the center of the planet.

Just find yourself some space in your body.

Just let it release down,

Down that rooting,

Anchoring,

However you're grounding into our planet.

Just let all that energy go down to the center of our planet.

And you're not getting rid of anything.

You're not like getting rid of your child's problem or your best friend's problem or your partner's problem if you're supporting them in something.

You're merely making more space in your body so you could be a better support instead of trying to control it for them to keep them away from pain.

Humans are meant to experience different emotions.

We're meant to feel sorrow and grief,

And we're meant to feel success,

Happiness,

And joy.

So just allow the Mother Earth to take our energy.

And the beautiful thing about this,

Clearing and making space,

Taking a moment for ourself,

The emotions and the fear and the pain or the excitement or the celebrations even,

Just it goes down to the center of the Earth,

And it kind of recycles into a just a pure energy,

Pure mellow emotions in us.

Instead of we humans can throw our problems and our fears and our stresses and our control to other humans or other entities or like to nature even.

Like how you talk to a plant in a house.

If you're just tossing at your troubles,

It's going to look a little stagnant and dull.

Where if we could take our problems and energies and allow them to sink down to the planet and buy more room in our bodies to think clearer,

See clearer,

Walk through our emotions clearer,

Feel the emotions we're intended to feel,

Then we can really see and hear our other people,

What they feel they need.

And we know how much we could give them and ourselves and our problems.

We don't have to hold stress 24 seven.

We're not meant to do that.

It locks up our body,

Our nervous system,

Our breathing.

We breathe shallow to the top of our chest.

So just allow that release and breathe through that release.

Knowing you're not throwing things away.

You're not tossing things away.

You're not spiritual bypassing things away.

You're just making room.

You're going to feel these things again,

But you're going to make room in your body.

And we're going to give ourselves some intentions here in a to the planet.

It's just more layers and layers.

Like when you do this once,

It's not going to clear all your problems and your fix.

That just doesn't happen as a human on earth.

I've tried it for many years.

It doesn't work.

Healing is an ongoing adventure.

So just breathe through this and we're going to go forward with attentions.

And this is a practice you could do on your own.

Whenever you're feeling overwhelmed.

I do this often when I cannot sleep at night and it helps me get back to sleep.

So you don't have to wait till you're all drained of anything.

That's kind of crunchy to feel just,

Just,

Just by space.

And you're going to feel different emotions.

And when I move through my emotions on my body like this more,

I get them moving.

They're not stuck.

I don't feel stuck.

Even if I am stuck,

I don't feel like I'm permanently stuck.

So just enjoy that space we've made in our bodies.

And breathe.

And if you find yourself wondering,

You can always come back to your breath.

With each breath,

We all have this tool.

Each breath we take in our body brings us back to the present moment.

Like to pause and breathe.

And since we made space in our body,

We want to give ourselves intentions of what we want.

How do we want to walk out the walk through the day?

Maybe you want to bring in your creativity or maybe you want to bring in laughter or love or joy,

Or maybe just focus.

If you have a big planning day,

A work day,

And you need your brain focus,

Or maybe you need random relaxation.

Whatever you need,

It can be success.

If you're in money,

Financial repair,

It can be success or abundance or even just money energy.

Let the money come to me.

Let me have success.

Open the doors to that.

Next steps.

So whenever your intention is,

I allow you,

I do not allow you,

I invite you to put your attention on your physical heart in your body,

The heart that's beating,

That's just keeping us alive,

That magnificent piece of us we forget about.

So I invite you to put your attention on your heart.

And this is also in our energetic heart chakra zone in the middle of our body.

It's kind of our bridge from our humanness to our higher selves or spirit,

However you look at yourself.

So put your attention there and think of that intention you want.

I'm just going to call it love,

But do whatever intention you want.

And just let that intention,

Let that love fill up in your heart,

In your physical heart.

And it's also on an energetic level as well.

And just let it fill up in your physical heart and allow your heart to beat your intention,

Your love all through your body and breathe as you're doing this.

Attentional breaths really help relax our nervous system.

And when I do more work on my nervous system,

It really soothes my physical ailments in my body.

So breathe and just allow that beautiful intention to run all through your body,

All through your organs,

All through the bones,

All through the nerves,

All through the blood and down your legs and around your knees and your calves and your ankles and your feet.

Let it just fill up your feet,

Almost so it's like kind of radiating out of your skin and let it run through your neck and your throat.

Really let it clean out that throat.

That's where we communicate from and we could get locked up here,

But put your attention in your throat and let it just run through your shoulders and down your arms and your elbows and your forearms and through your beautiful,

Beautiful hands.

Our magnificent hands,

We forget,

We take for granted unless something happens to us.

But the beautiful things our hands do for us every day,

They're beautifully healing.

We create with our hands.

We communicate with our hands.

We wave to people.

Sometimes we get angry with people with our hands.

Our hands are beautiful.

Our hands can feed us.

It soothes our bodies.

And just let that energy pump out through your hands,

Almost like your intention is kind of radiating and almost blanketing you,

Like you're swaddling yourself,

Like you swaddle little babies for security.

You're swaddling yourself in your energy,

Your intention,

Your love.

And breathe and allow it.

And you could do this with as many intentions as you need.

We're just going to stick with one for right now.

And we're going to come back into our body,

Into our full body.

We are in our body,

But back to our present time and our human experience.

We come out of this soothing space.

So I invite you again to put your attention on your feet and take in a big,

Deep breath,

Almost like you're breathing into your feet.

And do a nice,

Steady cleansing sigh out.

And put your attention again on your hands.

And as you're breathing in,

Just remember,

If you ever feel disconnected in any sort of situation,

You could just always look at your hands and connect with your hands and remind yourself that you are human.

You're a magnificent human.

Take a cleansing sigh out and put your attention on your torso.

And breathe in to all your organs.

All that important,

Our machinery,

Our human machinery,

Just give it that oxygen it needs.

And breathe out.

And you can put your attention on your head and your neck.

And breathe in and really give the oxygen to your head and your brain and your eyes and your sinuses and your ears and your mouth and your teeth and your jaw.

Check in with your jaw.

How's your jaw doing?

If it's a little tight,

Just say,

Oh,

I have a little tension there.

Unclench,

Maybe give yourself a little smile.

And breathe out.

And then put your attention on your whole entire body.

How does your body feel?

Do you have more space?

Maybe you're frustrated because you didn't connect right now,

Which is okay.

That's where your body is today.

Maybe you feel the intention running through you and radiating through your body and out your body.

Taking a beautiful deep breath.

Fill your whole entire body up with oxygen.

Take a long cleansing sigh out.

Letting your body know it's safe right now.

I'm safe right now.

Safe right now.

And a fun thing to do is you're starting to,

You could just start wiggling your fingers and toes,

But a fun thing to do with this practice is to set your intention and go be with your people or run errands and just see how people react to you.

And you could do another time like at a grocery store or the market,

The food market.

Go in without setting an intention.

Or feeling grounded and then go in after or on another day with your intention.

And just notice how even people look at you or interact with you.

Are you more inviting?

It's pretty fun to do that.

So you could wiggle your fingers and toes and maybe roll shoulder rolls or stretch your arms.

Give your body a little hug if that's comfortable.

And you could say,

Hello body,

Thank you so much for allowing me to meditate with you.

It's fun connecting with you.

Bodies love being connected with and talk to instead of just like this,

Oh,

What's wrong with you?

Come on,

Hurry up faster.

Bodies don't like multitasking or being rushed or holding other problems like societies and family systems can teach us.

And just giving the attention to the body that we need so badly.

Our bodies love healing and they're so open to it.

And this is the time where healing ourselves could be one of the greatest times to help heal our planet.

Taking care of our side of the street so we could be supports to what our planet needs.

So many supports,

So many human supports right now.

So thank you for joining me in this meditation.

Thank you for taking care of yourself and being here.

And you could tell your body and yourself that you are doing a magnificent job caring for yourself and our planet.

And I will see you at the next recording and I wish you a peaceful,

Joyful day.
