Be ready for what you need.

Close your eyes if they are not already closed.
Focus on the inhale and exhale for the next couple of moments.
Get centered and clear.
That's it.
Be here.
Be active in this moment.
You have set aside this time to go within.
It is time.
I want you to picture a beautiful spot in the forest.
Look around.
What types of trees do you see?
What season is it?
Are there flowers?
Is it green or snow covered?
Breathe in the smells and sights around you.
Do you feel it?
The peace and comfort of the forest.
Take some more breaths in and out as you look around and take it all in.
I want you to think about what is feeling heavy in your life right now.
If there are several things,
Simply focus on the first one that pops into your mind.
Feel it and be with it for a moment.
Try to focus on what it is that is really feeling heavy.
Okay.
I want you to set it down on the rock next to you just for now.
You can stay there while we take a journey.
Let's start with a walk through the forest.
There's a little pathway up ahead over to the right.
Do you see it?
All right,
Let's just walk in silence for a few moments.
Sometimes we just need to connect with nature and to know that we are not walking alone.
Feel the ground under your feet.
Smell the crisp air around you.
Look around and take in all of the wonder of nature.
Listen to the sounds.
Maybe you can hear some birds or the wind blowing through the trees.
That's it.
Just keep going.
One foot in front of the other.
Breathe it in and savor every moment of it.
How are you breathing?
Long,
Slow and steady.
How's your body feeling?
Relaxed and at ease.
You keep walking through the forest.
You realize that you have never felt this strong or capable while hiking through a forest,
And it feels wonderful.
Empowering.
You come to a spot where you plant your feet firmly on the forest floor.
And you decide to look up.
You find that little space between all of the trees you're surrounded by.
And you catch a glimpse of the sky.
Focus on where you are going.
In this moment,
It is up.
You slowly start to float up through the trees,
Weaving slowly between branches.
As you reach the top of the highest tree,
You see the entire sky.
It is a brilliant blue color and so very clear.
Your body feels so light and free as you glide just above the tree tops.
You are safe.
You are free.
You are flying.
There is a stunning mountain just ahead that you decide to venture to peacefully,
Intentionally.
Look around.
Do you see any other beings flying with you?
Perhaps a bird.
Maybe even a spirit guide or someone you know.
You are nearing the top of the mountain where there is a perfectly shaped stone for you to land on.
There is moss and beauty everywhere.
As you settle on top of the rock,
You notice that you can see the whole countryside all around you.
You take a moment to take it all in.
There are a few clouds that are now beneath you.
It is an incredible feeling to be this high up.
Take in the tree tops,
The sky,
The clouds and even the ocean off in the distance.
Take a few deep breaths here.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Now I want you to think of a time in your life that you felt so proud.
Maybe it was a time that you accomplished a physical feat such as climbing a mountain.
Perhaps it was becoming apparent.
Maybe it was an academic success.
It could be something to do with your occupation.
Maybe it was something that you did for someone else.
I'll give you a few moments on this mountain top to find that moment.
You felt so proud in that moment for a reason.
Something within you was ignited in that experience that made you feel as though you were on top of the world.
Embrace it.
Own it.
Feel it.
Remember it.
You deserve to feel proud of yourself.
Take it in.
Be in that moment again.
Right here.
Right now.
Now I want you to see yourself standing on top of the rock with your feet just about hip width apart and your hands on your hips.
Puff your chest out.
Look up to the sky and see yourself smiling with your heart.
Look around and remember this moment.
It's time to move on.
As you bend your knees and push off from the rock,
You feel a sense of familiarity.
You have done this before.
This flying thing seems natural.
As you glide gracefully through the air,
You feel that sense of freedom again.
Freedom and love.
Pride,
Honor,
Love,
Humble gratitude for your experiences.
Floating and feeling.
As you glide through the air,
You notice that you are approaching the water and you also notice that you have transformed into a being.
With fins.
You dive into the water.
Looking at your body,
You seem to resemble a dolphin.
You feel energetic and full of love and curiosity.
Gliding through the water has never felt like this.
It is so easy.
You notice so many other beings in the water,
But you are not afraid.
This is your home.
You swim playfully beneath the surface until you see a beautiful light glowing up ahead.
As you approach the light,
You notice that there are several other dolphins dancing around.
It feels like you know them already.
You swim around one another for several minutes just enjoying each other's presence and love.
Grace,
Beauty.
It's everywhere around you.
As the playful dance has subsided,
You notice that these dolphins have transformed into beings that could be considered half human,
Half fish,
Including yourself.
You are so warm and at peace in this transformation.
I feel entirely at home.
Every being has gathered in a circle and is feeling the connection with the others.
You are feeling a special bond with the being directly across from you.
You are not speaking with your voices,
But you are speaking with your minds.
Your friend has a special message for you.
Take a moment to listen and respond if you feel that it is necessary.
Your eyes meet and you send each other so much love and gratitude for the exchange.
All of the other beings seem to have had similar exchanges.
The dance begins again as you swim away towards the surface,
Bidding everyone a sweet,
Silent farewell.
As you reach the surface,
You notice that you are very close to a beautiful tropical paradise.
It looks like a tiny island with nothing but a warm fire burning.
As you emerge from the water,
Your body takes human form again with the comfiest clothing on.
You approach the fire and crawl into the cozy blanket set out just for you.
This is your time to warm your body and your heart.
You start to think of a time in your life that you felt so loved,
Loved beyond belief.
A time when you were doing something or were with someone or visiting a place that felt so right.
Your heart is swelling as you remember this time.
That feeling of love and joy warms your entire soul as you watch the fire burn and as you listen to the crackles.
You take another moment to relive that memory and feel the love.
Hugging yourself tightly,
You feel every single part of that moment all over again.
Right here,
Right now.
You look over to your left and see a bright white beam of light that seems to be shooting up into the sky from the beach.
You approach the light and cannot resist the urge to step into it.
As you do,
You are gently,
Warmly and lovingly guided upwards.
It feels slow and relaxing.
However,
Before you can seem to put the ideas together,
You are soaring above the mountaintops through the atmosphere right into space.
You look down and see the earth about the size of a basketball.
Feeling calm and peaceful has never felt so immense.
You take a few breaths in and out as you observe this beautiful sight of the planet Earth.
Floating and pondering,
Pondering and floating.
Is there a question that you have?
Something that has been on your mind that you would like to resolve?
Take a moment to think of this question,
Or perhaps you are open to receiving what is for your greatest and highest good at this time.
It can be a simple question or complex,
Whatever your soul needs right now.
Take a moment to think of that.
With your question in mind,
Your body starts to spiral slowly around.
Closing your eyes feels like the natural thing to do in this moment.
So you do.
You let go.
You surrender to the universe.
You embrace the movement.
You embrace the moment.
You feel so open and curious.
As you open your eyes again,
You are joined by a beautiful being that shines so bright,
Yet it doesn't hurt your eyes.
It's more of a glowing.
The features of this being are warm,
Soft,
Comforting and peaceful.
They have something to tell you.
It's the answer to your question or what you need to know right now for your greatest and highest good.
Take a few moments to listen.
Be open,
Be warm,
Trust and be a reflection of their light.
As you wrap up your day,
You feel the urge to embrace.
As you do,
There is a warm glowing throughout your entire body.
You give thanks for the exchange and resist letting go.
Another few moments of an embrace is exactly what you needed.
You feel the love and light that is now a part of you.
You wish your friend well,
Knowing that they are here for you whenever you may need them again.
It is not goodbye.
It is see you soon.
You spot a beautiful pink beam of light that seems to be attached to the earth.
It is calling you,
Drawing you close,
Almost magnetic.
As you approach the beam of light,
You understand that it is time to return to Earth.
You take one last look at your friend as you slip into the pink glowing beam of light that gently guides you back to Earth.
It seems like a blink as you enter the Earth's atmosphere again,
Slowly descending back into the clouds.
Then the tree tops right back to that special spot in the forest where you started.
The rock where you left your problem,
Your worry,
Your challenge.
It's now there with a beautiful pink hibiscus flower waiting for you.
As your feet touch the ground,
You feel a connection to the Earth like never before.
You are home.
You are grounded.
Your roots are here.
You feel safe and ready.
Ready for life on Earth again.
Something feels different,
Though.
Something feels stronger.
It's you.
You have gained so much insight,
Strength and wisdom on this journey.
You look over at the rock with the hibiscus and pick it up.
With it is the darkness that you felt at the beginning of the journey.
You hold it in your hands and you know that your perspective has changed.
You have thought of a new way to see this darkness.
It has lightened and shifted.
You may not know what the change is right yet,
But you will.
You place your hands on your heart and think about the beautiful experience you just had.
And the pretty pink flower that you found.
You feel absolutely full of hope and love.
Again,
You look around at your surroundings and maybe this time you notice a few things that you didn't see the first time around.
You decide to lay down on the soft forest floor,
Closing your eyes and just breathing for a few moments.
Breathing in for the count of four.
Pause and breathe out for the count of four.
Inhale.
And exhale.
I want you to start to feel your fingers,
Your toes and your physical body once again.
You are back and ready for the world.
