Breathing in easily and out slowly.
Want to take this time to help you to shift from a place of anger and to shift that energy into creativity.
And so if you are in a very deep state of anger,
Would like you to do your very best to just ground.
Just breathe easily.
Try to enjoy this track try to learn something help you to shift out of this state just for the next couple of moments.
So we're going to take a nice deep breath in.
And out.
I want you to pay attention to how your physical body is feeling in this moment.
What we're going to do is we are going to focus on just releasing the pressure,
Releasing the tension in your head,
In your neck,
In your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands.
Often when we are angry or stressed out,
We clench.
Subconsciously our muscles we are very very tense so just by acknowledging that we are going to let go of that tension it can help to shift it out.
So when I say a body part.
.
.
This is going to be a signal to your body to release tension from that area.
Starting with the top of your head,
Just letting go.
Your neck,
Breathing and releasing.
Your shoulders,
Feeling them drop.
Almost like a letting go.
Your arms,
Your hands.
Opening your hands up.
Maybe moving them around,
Just shaking your body a little bit to encourage the letting go of the tension.
And moving down through your back.
Release that tension.
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Any clenching.
Just release.
Of the organs within your heart.
Just breathing gently,
Slowing your breath,
Signaling.
Your nervous system letting your entire physical body know that you are in a transition mode into a calmer state.
Feeling your hips where we hold a lot of emotion,
Letting those relax.
Unclenching.
Anywhere in your abdomen,
Your lower abdomen.
Digestion.
Your legs,
Any of your joints,
Your knees,
Your ankles.
Just letting your feet relax and fall open if possible.
Just taking a nice long slow breath in.
Letting your body know that you have landed.
You are safe.
You are shifting.
And anger.
Into a calm creative state.
And so I want you to Continue to breathe easily.
There's no pressure.
Just relax.
I want you to think about whatever it was that got you into this state of anger.
But I don't want you to feel into it.
I want you to keep it outside of your physical body.
This is just to label it to identify what it is.
You can picture it over on a table.
That is close by or on a little pedestal,
But I want you to see whatever it is that made that anger erupt within you.
It may be a person's face.
It may be an incident that occurred.
It could be something that you yourself did that you were disappointed in.
I want you to see it over on a table or over on a little pedestal,
Separate from you.
And you're just gonna leave it over there for a moment.
Taking any of the emotion out of it.
Taking any of the analyzing,
Any of the spiraling.
I'm just going to leave it over there.
And what I need you to do next is I want you to think about something that you absolutely love creating in your life.
Now,
If you are a highly analytical person and you don't consider yourself a creative,
This may be a stretch.
I want you to think back,
Perhaps to your childhood years.
Dig back as far as you need to go.
And think about something.
That you do.
Or have done in the past on a creative level.
So maybe when you were a kid it was building Legos and creating little villages and towns,
Maybe building vehicles.
Perhaps you loved making crafts or painting or singing or dancing.
Perhaps in your current life.
Mew.
Enjoy drawing things or writing poetry.
Perhaps creating stories or songs.
So I want you to just sit.
In that place of almost watching or remembering yourself in that creative state.
And I want you to just observe.
Observe yourself doing that.
For the next couple of moments.
And if you don't have anything that you can think of from the past or the present,
I want you to think about something creative that you might enjoy doing.
And just see yourself doing that.
Maybe it's sewing or knitting.
And so just take a couple of moments.
To get into that state.
Seeing yourself.
Maybe you're with other people in a group setting.
Maybe you're at one of those paint parties.
I'm painting a similar painting but it looks so different.
Maybe you're creating a beautiful garden.
Or building something out of wood.
Maybe you're designing jewelry.
Or just let yourself.
Flow in this creative place.
See what comes up.
Maybe you're taking beautiful photos somewhere.
Maybe you're creating artwork with pieces of nature.
And as you continue in this creative state,
I want you to notice that that incident,
The things that caused the anger that are over on the table or the little pedestal.
They're fading.
And shrinking.
And the deeper you are in this creative state.
Quicker.
The anger dissipates.
As you continue to create,
You feel lighter.
You feel different.
Energy within your body.
It's not as volatile.
It's still excitable.
But it's a calmer.
Beautiful place of creation.
And there is a thin line.
But you feel this side getting stronger while the anger feeds away into nothing.
And as you sit in this beautiful creative state,
You look over and see that the item that caused the anger is gone.
And perhaps you have a different perspective.
On it,
Perhaps,
Now that your body,
Mind and soul are in a totally calm state.
Maybe you can see.
That topic,
That incident,
That person in a new light.
And so I want you to feel.
The calm.
I want you to let yourself live in this.
I want you to give yourself.
Few minutes,
A few hours,
Maybe a couple of days if you can,
To just process how you were approaching the topic that caused the anger.
And I want you to just stay wide open to see if there are any other ways that you could manage.
Your anger or incidences that cause anger in the future.
There's no rush.
Like I said,
Give yourself lots of time.
It may take a little bit.
You may know right now.
Oh,
Hey,
You know what?
To react with that future.
Don't rush yourself.
Give yourself grace.
Continue to breathe easily.
Let yourself know that in times when the anger flares up,
You can just take a couple of moments to close your eyes and to see yourself in one of these creative states.
Or if you have the opportunity.
You can actually get creative.
Paint,
Write a song,
Dance,
Move your body.
And watch how quickly you can transform the anger into a creative state.
So breathing easily,
Coming back into your physical body,
Back kind of where we started from.
I'm going to take a nice deep breath in.
Just feeling the calmness of your body,
Accepting this beautiful state.
As it is.
And just letting yourself be.
Experience.
Choose this state.
Over the ink.
And you will be able to continue along in your day.
From a peaceful place.
So moving your arms and legs around,
Maybe your head back and forth.
Taking another nice deep breath in.
And when you're ready,
Opening up your eyes.
Thank you for meditating with me.
Namaste Peace.
And awesomeness to you.
And yours.
