Hi,
My name is Sylvie and welcome to your intention to reality meditation.
Let's begin by finding ourselves in a comfortable seat,
Allowing ourselves to get heavy,
For our spine to remain upright but our shoulders soften.
Allowing our facial features to relax and our gaze to soften,
Our eyes closed down if that feels comfortable.
Taking a few moments to arrive in our space.
We'll gradually begin to lengthen our inhales and exhales.
In and out of the nose if that's possible.
Finding this balance between intentionally lengthening without forcing or straining.
And we'll begin to link our intention with our breath.
And we'll begin to link our intention with our breath.
So on our inhale we'll either kind of say it in our head or maybe say aloud,
I am or I have.
On the exhale we will you know say in our mind or visualize our intention.
So for example,
I am happy,
I am happy,
I'm confident.
So taking a few moments to pick one or two that ring true for you today.
Sticking with what feels intuitive and not thinking too hard about it.
And when you're ready beginning to integrate and link this intention with your breath.
Another 40 seconds to go.
Gently guiding yourself back if you've lost it.
Gently guiding yourself back if you've lost it.
And I'd like you to let go of your intention and just syncing up with your breath.
And begin to visualize what this intention would look like in your body.
So what would your resting face look like?
Your posture?
How would you interact with others?
What does it look like when you enter a room?
How do you carry yourself throughout your day when you've embodied this intention?
And allow your mind to wander here if it feels natural and is happening with ease.
Begin to focus not on the body,
But on the intention.
Not so much on the kind of physical attributes or the material.
Begin to focus on the feeling.
What are the sensations that you would experience in your body,
Your heart,
When this intention has come into full fruition for you?
And see if for the next 60 seconds if you can imprint the sensation in your body in the present moment.
If you have the time and space,
I invite you to stay and continue this practice.
Thank you so much for your time and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
