As a Somanaut, Sydney is passionately exploring the cosmos of inner space and is very curious about what is going on with our bio/psycho/social anatomy. She teaches from her curiosities, education, research, trainings, mentors, experiences; with over a decade as a massage therapist and Yogi. Her purpose is to inspire you into exploring your world (inside and out), and to support you while you make the connections necessary to be home in your body and in flow with your life...

After the first practice with you I realized that you haven’t been active on here for awhile. So sad, I absolutely love your poetically and educational practices. The pacing is on point for me as mentioned in other review. The inquiry to heart access was met with a no however instead of spiraling the pacing was able to pull me from that. Thank you so much. I’m grateful to have that which you have created and hope you will create more someday if the calling comes to you. Either way I appreciate you and your words of which none are “filler” imho but rather fulFILLingly authentic you. I recall a study suggesting those who have wide range of language have higher emotional intelligence and self awareness. I suppose it might explain discomfort in those still in early stages of consciousness/self actualization.

Woooow Sydney! This was solid! Brava!!! There was a pleasantly quick tempo in which you were able to sail through seamlessly! I feel that if I were to narrate such a practice that I would probably have to record like 70+ times before Having it without a hitch. I also appreciate the tempo because it counters my inherent ADHD and as you mentioned, keeps me in relation to the body. I also appreciated that you truly exemplify this belief of the individuals agency of a room all aspects of the practice; no mandatory positioning no mandatory this or that and so forth. but was really fascinating was how the practice was broken up in chunks of practice then some didactics and then practice again. . I’m grateful to have come across your practices and look forward to practicing together.

So good to learn about and focus deeply on our inner spaces rather than just going thru the motions of a nidra practice. Thank you....

Wow - what a flow of emotions! I loved holding joy and sadness together: a revelation! I loved the glowing focus around the body. I loved hearing the messages from my gut (you are safe!) and my heart. I loved this meditation; thank you!

I love Sydney’s tracks. I always learn something — even about a topic I’ve already been studying.
