Joe Dispenza Get yourself comfortable now and close your eyes Let's calm the nervous system down and let go of anything we've been up to today or anything we've got planned for later through some nice relaxing breathing Breathing in to the count of 4 and out to the count of 8 Breathing in to the count of 4 and out to the count of 8 Breathing in to the count of 4 and out to the count of 8 Breathing in to the count of 4 and out to the count of 8 Breathing in to the count of 4 and out to the count of 8 Breathing in to the count of 4 and out to the count of 8 Remember that no past exists just this moment right now There is no what you had for breakfast this morning or last night or yesterday There's no last week,
Last year There's no teenage years,
There's no childhood Just this moment And imagining also that there's no future either Not what you're doing later,
Not tomorrow or next week or when you're old No future exists just this moment right now Feeling all your energy returning to this one expansive moment.
No past or future exists And as you're sitting and feeling this present moment just starting to notice the space in front of your body the empty space noticing the space above your head in the room you are in the space to the left of your body to the right of your body and behind your body as well as underneath your body Now letting your mind expand out into the space around you in the room you are in in this present moment,
Not the objects in the room just the space in the room the empty space and then letting your awareness expand to the space outside letting your awareness explore the space outside all around,
Far and wide just the space,
Not the objects only space and bringing the awareness back to the physical body in the present moment,
In the room you are in and let's imagine we can peel away the body for a moment,
As though you're peeling off a banana skin peeling away the body just putting it down,
Putting down all your associations with your body the identity that you made with this body you're now putting that down,
Putting that identity down that self that you called your name in everything that they did and were going to do and has happened to them,
All of that you can just put down for a moment,
Putting down your whole story your whole avatar,
The character you've been playing,
Laying it down on the floor now without a body you can let your energy expand into this space that you have just been feeling into there is now nothing holding you back or limiting you keeping you in one place letting your energy expand out and feeling that space everywhere feel how it feels to be no one,
Nowhere no time,
From this place you have detached from all of the programs that were habitually running you and now you get to look at them as an observer and make the necessary changes to step back into the life that you want to be living as your ultimate self so first of all from this detached and open state of consciousness let's remember the old ways that we've been behaving,
That we've been believing that we've been acting,
That have been contributing to the dysfunction in our lives the health issues in our lives,
The problems looking back on how you've been and how you no longer want to be maybe stressed,
Maybe angry,
Maybe guilty maybe resentful,
What are those old ways of being that you know are not good for you,
Are not helpful for your life and have been contributing to health issues you no longer want to experience observe yourself get familiar with the ways you've been behaving watching yourself and your imagination in those familiar old patterns that you'd like to change watching how unhappy they made you feel and how destructive they've been in your life and making a decision now a clear 100% decision that you choose transformation now you no longer choose to exist in that way make that decision and in your imagination make it memorable and now see yourself getting up in the morning and that familiar pattern,
That old way of being starting to happen and you say to yourself,
I no longer choose this and in that moment you change see yourself in the middle of the day in your daily routine and that familiar pattern,
Those old ways of thinking,
Believing and behaving start to take you over again,
You notice you're in that you stop,
You say to yourself,
I no longer choose this and you change see yourself getting into bed at night that familiar way of thinking starts to come back you notice it,
You see it so clearly it can't catch you out anymore,
You say to yourself and say it aloud now,
I no longer choose this and in that moment you visualize yourself changing now you are so clear of who you do not want to be in those destructive patterns,
Those old ways of thinking that were causing dysfunction,
Health issues,
Damage to your life you are so clear of what you want to release that you are saying to the Divine now,
Divine I surrender all these old ways of being,
Thinking and feeling to you I choose my ultimate self now,
I trust you to take these old energies transform them,
Recycle them so that I may be reborn into my ultimate self and imagine that all around you as a violet flame and you can make that as intense or as subtle as is comfortable for you where this violet flame is absorbing and transmuting and transforming all these old energies and even energies you are unaware of,
Old karmic patterns old stored traumas,
Allowing and intending that all of these old energies be transmuted and transformed right now in this violet flame and now that process is nearing completion and is now complete and you are rising from that violet flame like a phoenix rising from the ashes how would you feel without those old patterns,
Those old habits those old dysfunctional beliefs and behaviours who is the most loving version of you the most genius version of you the most enlightened version of you create this now in your imagination how does your ultimate self live your ultimate self does not have any of the problems or health issues of the old self because your ultimate self is a totally new vibration get used to that new vibration feel it,
Be it become it how does your ultimate self feel what do they do differently how do they respond to the familiar challenges of your life visualise yourself in an experience that you would love to happen think big,
Be expansive what experience do you imagine yourself living right now as your ultimate self picture yourself there and how does it feel to be in this experience what is the feeling in your body noticing where that feeling is located in your body and breathe into that feeling expand it and amplify it what colour would you give to that feeling imagine that colour now filling your whole body from the tip of your toes to the top of your head this feeling,
This colour running through every single cell,
Every single vein,
Nerve and even coming out into your energy body now making this feeling,
This colour brighter,
Bolder,
Wider,
Louder and now doubling the intensity of it and doubling it again and now times it by 100 and send that feeling powerfully out into space you are impregnating the universe which is pure potential with your feelings,
With your visualisations you are calling this experience into being,
Feel that feeling,
Hold that feeling hold that vibration sending this energy far and wide,
Feeling it so strongly emanating from within you sending the visualisations of how it's all going to be sending the feeling and the frequency of how you're going to feel sending the colour,
The vibration everywhere,
Far and wide you are now entangled with this future event it will find you and it is done it is done you can now relax your energy body giving all of that feeling over now to the divine you've designed it the divine is going to create it spontaneously,
Creatively in ways you could never have thought so really consciously letting it all go it is done,
Nothing more you need to do but just enjoy being your ultimate self so slowly bringing yourself back to everyday awareness by remembering the room that you are in the day that it is the feeling of the earth underneath you taking a deep breath having a nice stretch opening your eyes and noticing how different you feel now and getting up as your ultimate self to get on with the rest of your day
