Awaken the heart manifesting meditation.
Sitting comfortably and making sure you're not going to be disturbed for up to 20 minutes.
So you can completely relax into this experience.
Bring your hands into a prayer position in front of your chest.
Feel the light touch of the sides of your hands against your heart center.
The slight touch is starting to open and activate your heart.
Take a few nice deep breaths now with your hands still at your heart and prayer position.
Deep breathing lets your body know that you are safe.
Because the only time that you would naturally breathe like this is if you were feeling really safe.
So initiating this deep breathing yourself is telling your body everything is okay.
And letting your arms relax down into a comfortable position.
And let your mind wander now to something that you're so grateful for in your life at the moment.
It could be small,
It could be big,
It could be anything.
And something in your mind that you're grateful for right now and think about it.
Feel the changes this is making at your heart center.
Now think about something or someone that you really appreciate.
Something or someone you so appreciate.
Let your mind wander to this now.
Again feeling that energy amplifying at your heart center.
Now think about someone or something that you really care about.
You have deep feelings of caring towards this project,
This charity,
This group of people,
This one person,
An animal pet.
What do you really care about?
Come into that and focus on that now.
And you'll be feeling this in your heart.
You'll be feeling the expansion in there and the activation taking place within this heart of yours.
And now I'd like you to think about something or someone that you have deep compassion for.
Deep compassion.
What do you have compassion for?
Find that song and think about it now.
Very very good.
Now think of something that you would love to happen in your life.
Something an outcome,
An experience,
An event,
Something you would love to happen.
Think about what that could be now.
And now pretend it's already happened.
Tell your mind it's already happened.
Visualize it,
You're already there.
Everything around you is as it will be.
Your here now in this experience.
How does it feel?
Now turn up the volume on those feelings so they are twice as loud and bright and bold and strong within you.
And now give complete gratitude for this experience in advance.
Say thank you for this experience in advance.
You are so grateful that this has happened.
Thank you so much for this experience.
And now slowly bringing yourself back to everyday reality.
Feeling really proud of yourself for focusing and doing this meditation today.
You have brought your body into a healthy chemical state.
And the effects of this will last for up to six hours.
