I invite us all to look within and ask,
Am I a light leader?
How can I be a light leader?
And I'm hoping that today it will begin that exploration for you with this meditation.
I always like to ground everyone to the planet because sometimes these meditations can get very petty high and as light leaders we're required to be here now on the planet.
So I was reminded of a beautiful way of grounding by a friend of mine.
So we're going to start with that.
So with your feet planted firmly on the ground or if you're sitting on the ground,
Feel those sit bones anchoring in.
Take a deep breath becoming present to now.
And exhaling.
And another breath within the heart space.
And one more breath opening that heart space.
And on the exhale,
Just send a cord all the way down your spine,
All the way down into the center of the earth with the ancient Incas called Pachamama.
All the way down to this course that resides in the center and wrap that cord around three and a half times,
Anchoring in here.
And then on the next breath,
Breathing up.
Breathing all the way up that cord,
All the way up the spine.
That earth energy that is vitality.
And then breathing all the way up through the top of that crown chakra.
Just remaining where you are,
Aligning with above.
And then just imagine this crystalline cylinder coming all the way down from the ethers,
From the higher awareness.
And as it comes down,
It begins to surround your mental,
Emotional,
And physical body,
Surrounded in this crystalline cylinder of light.
All the way down,
Allowing that cylinder to go all the way down to the earth.
So as above,
So below.
And taking a deep breath into the heart space,
Allowing your wisdom that resides within your heart to open.
And the first part of this meditation is about releasing.
So I want you to imagine,
And you might even want to take a moment to draw a five-pointed star.
Five-pointed star.
On your paper.
Great.
And then at the top,
That top point of the star,
I want you to just listen.
This is going to be the star release.
So listen within to what it is that you need to release mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually.
Perhaps you need to release the idea that you're here to fight.
For me,
That top pinnacle is releasing resistance.
Resistance within my mind,
Resistance within my body,
Resistance to what I think I'm seeing in the world.
Resisting my perspective.
Or perception,
Actually.
So just imagine,
What would be the other points?
What's your top point that you've been struggling with all last year that you're willing to release right now,
Today?
And then add others.
This five.
And each time,
Take a breath and ask yourself,
What do I need to release?
And whatever the first word is,
Write it down.
So it could be,
Well,
Mine's resistance.
Could be fear.
It could be anger.
It could be shame or guilt.
Whatever it is for you.
Frustration.
See if you can dig deep to what it could be and add it to your five-pointed star of release.
Breathing in each time and exhaling.
And as you're contemplating this for the next moment,
I pulled a couple of my inspiration cards,
Like I always do.
And both of these are about release.
So I'm going to read them to you.
Today I release any and all grievances.
Today I release any shame that may be keeping me stuck.
Maybe that's it for you.
And if you don't have all five points filled up,
That's okay.
You can do it later.
Taking a very deep breath into your heart center,
Allowing this star of release to become centered in your awareness.
And in the heart center of who you are,
Begin to feel that vibration of love multiplying,
Multiplying,
And multiplying.
And surround that star,
That five-pointed star of release with this love,
The love that you are.
And as you surround it with love,
Repeat to yourself,
I am ready to release.
I am ready to release all of it.
And as the star is surrounded with love,
Begin to see that it is moving further away from you,
Away from your heart,
Away from your mind.
And begin to see that it is moving easily with all that you want to release out into the ethers until you can no longer see it,
Knowing it's being transmuted as we speak right here,
Right now.
And begin to feel within your heart a sense of,
Well,
You notice.
See what it is you feel since you've released those ideas.
And here's the second half of both these cards I'll just read as you're experiencing this release.
I am safe.
My life is filled with infinite possibilities of happiness.
I am free to live and love my life.
I am safe.
I am free.
I am happy.
Just breathe that in.
Breathing in,
Allowing the mind to continue to soften as the heart continues to open as you begin to feel the downloads of this crystalline experience.
Turning yourself to the energy patterns within you that flows down the meridians in your body.
Good.
And now taking a deep breath,
We're going to do the second part of this meditation,
Again with another five-pointed star.
So take a moment to write that,
Draw that for yourself.
You can do it in your mind's eye or on a piece of paper.
There we go.
And every year,
My group and I,
Or whoever I'm working with,
We each individually pick a word for the year to guide us,
To then go back to and remind us that this is what we're choosing to focus on and not whatever mishigosh is happening.
So with this new five-pointed star,
What is your word that will go at the top of the star at the pinnacle?
For me,
It's peace.
Peace.
So take a few moments to choose your word for not only the year,
But for this exercise.
Good.
And begin to see what other words,
What other attunement,
Idea you want to attune to.
So mine is peace.
Another word that came up for me is fun.
Perhaps another word for you is freedom or compassion,
Self-compassion or forgiveness,
Playing with yourself.
Trust that was a word that my group chose.
Being is a word that my group chose.
Acceptance,
That's a big one.
Perhaps acceptance is on your star.
Just take a moment to listen and see what it is.
Breathing into the heart,
Allowing the wisdom that you are to inform you,
Feeling safe and secure as you claim what it is you want to focus on that is for the highest good of all.
Exhaling love,
Exhaling love.
As you claim the truth of your being as a light leader here on earth this time.
And don't worry if you doubt that peace,
Just allow it to float away.
Breathing in love,
Exhaling love.
And this five-pointed star is your awareness guiding you to remember the truth of who you are,
Not only as a human being,
But as an exquisite spark of light,
A spark of the divine.
And then begin as you sit with this five-pointed star and whatever words you've chosen,
This crystalline cylinder.
Begin to recognize this day,
1-11-2021,
As the day of transmutation.
And know that all your spirit guides and angels and people surrounding you here on earth are all supporting you in this new alignment,
This new attune.
You might even focus this day on seeing that 11,
Right?
That 11.
Surrounding you,
Merging within you,
Aligning your energy systems within,
Mental,
Emotional,
Physical,
And spiritual.
So again,
Taking another deep breath,
Being present to now,
Becoming present to who you are,
Feeling grounded and energized in your body,
In your mind,
In your heart.
