This is a quick 3-minute meditation that can be practiced daily. It will bring you into the current moment which is all we truly have. The present moment is where your power resides. This is a quick meditation to bring you into the now.

Find a comfortable space.

Become aware that you are with your body.

You are not in the past or the future.

You are right here,

Right now.

And in this very moment,

You are safe.

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes.

Breathe in through your nose,

Filling your stomach with air.

Hold it.

When you are ready,

Slowly release your breath.

Be very still.

As you calmly breathe,

Be aware of your body moving up and down.

Now be here with your body.

You have nowhere else to be for these few moments.

If your mind wanders,

Bring it back to this space.

Enjoy a moment to be present with your true essence.

Prepare to bring your body back.

Let your energy awaken naturally.
