Re-energising,

Closing your eyes and becoming aware of your thoughts.

Your mind starts to still a little.

You are a peaceful being and you begin to remember this.

As you bring your attention into your body through following the breath,

You start to breathe in the energy around you.

In your mind's eye,

You see a beautiful golden light and it flows into you,

Recharging and energising you.

Take it in,

Filling you with a feeling of power and purpose.

Breathe in the pure air and bask in the golden light.

Breathe in the pure air and bask in the golden light.

Now you are energised.

You slowly open your eyes and take that feeling into your day.
