The flow of the breath.
We are going to use the breath to quieten the movement and fluctuations of the mind.
And once we connect with the flow breath,
We start to experience an ease with the breath.
A settling down of focus from the outside to one of inner quiet which helps us feel a little more grounded,
Balanced and centered.
This breath can be used at any time during the day,
Especially when the pace of life becomes more intense.
Or you notice your energy levels are dipping.
We're going to practice a quiet,
Fluid breath,
Making it a flow process of in and out.
It is an unhurried and gentle movement on the inhale and exhale.
This can be done with eyes open or closed.
But for this practice,
Let's do it with our eyes closed.
We breathe in through our nostrils so the breath goes really deep,
Quietly and without a pause between the in and out.
Flowing and fluid in and out,
Keeping the flow going.
Let's just experience it.
So becoming aware of the breath.
We breathe in ever so evenly and gently.
Connect with the movement of the breath and without a pause between the in and out.
Just let it flow.
Breathing in and out.
In and out.
And as you practice this,
Your breath will become so fluid that there will be no noise from the breath.
Become aware as you breathe in evenly and out.
In and out.
Unhurried,
Even,
Flowing and fluid.
Through this deep flow breathing,
You will affect changes in the heart rhythms.
You slow the swirl in your mind.
Release toxins and tensions from your body.
And most importantly,
Start to connect to your own inner essence.
Your own being.
Moving from outer awareness and connecting within.
When the fluctuations of the mind settle,
You start to feel the quietness.
And within the quietness,
The whispers of the inner voice.
The intuition starts to awaken in your awareness.
Now let's take this a little deeper.
Keeping the flow breath going.
In and out.
Evenly and unhurried.
Taking your attention to your mouth.
Ensure that your jaw is relaxed.
And that the tip of your tongue rests on the ridge behind your upper front teeth.
The tip of your tongue is at the fire point behind your upper front teeth,
Which will relax your jaw,
Bringing more space into the mouth.
This is a significant energy point.
Breathing in and breathing out naturally flowing and fluid.
Release and relax the shoulders and neck.
Just relaxing and releasing.
And extending the flow breath to create greater balance in your body.
And the reduction of anxiety caused by stress.
A breath called the 7-4-11.
It'll be breathing in for 7.
Holding for 4.
And inhaling for 11.
Being aware that we do this through the flow and the fluid of the breath.

Feel the sensation of expansion and centeredness in your heart space.
Move through your day aware of this ability to find clarity in every moment.
When you stop,
Become still and take a conscious flow breath.
You find quietness in the moment.
And find greater peace,
Centeredness and balance.
And now open your eyes slowly and become aware of the clarity of your senses.
