Taking just two minutes, close your eyes and bring your energy away from the external and bring your attention into your body - up from your feet, your legs and moving up slowly into your spine and until you reach your heart center. Feel the point of focus on your heartbeat. This is a very comforting place to be.

Point of focus.

Taking just two minutes,

Settle into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes,

You bring your energy away from the external and bring your attention into your body.

Up from your feet,

Up your legs.

Moving up slowly into your spine.

Moving up until you reach your heart centre.

Rest your attention here for a moment and feel the point of focus on your heartbeat.

It may well slow down as you breathe into it.

This is a very comforting place to be.

Move your attention to your relaxed throat and mouth.

Up to your forehead.

The closed eyes and to your nostrils,

Feeling the breath.

When you are ready,

Gently become aware of the space around you.

Slowly open your eyes.
