Close your eyes.

Feel into your position.

Ensure you are laying down and comfortable for this practice.

Palms facing up,

Feet slightly apart.

Be aware of the contact points between your body and the floor.

Now listen to my cues and allow my words to move through your body.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Allow my voice to take you deeper and deeper into your body.

Into your mind.

Letting go.

Allow yourself to drift far away.

Feel your body melting into this moment.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing deeper and deeper with each breath.

Your eyes are heavy.

Very heavy.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Feel a wave of relaxation coming in with each breath.

Soothing and relaxing all your cells.

Making your body feel relaxed.

Very relaxed.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Going deeper and deeper with each breath.

Completely letting go.

Let go of everything.

Letting go all control.

Letting all control subside as you allow yourself to be free in this moment.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Feel how relaxed your body is.

Scanning your body from head to toe.

Just being aware of this relaxation.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Letting go.

Breathing deeper and deeper.

Fall into an ocean of oneness.

Complete freedom from your outside world.

Complete freedom from your mind.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Completely let go.

Surrendering to this moment.

Letting go.

Just be in each breath.

Allow each breath to take you away.

Far away.

Just imagine yourself floating in space.

Weightless and free.

There is no need for your mind here in this space.

Just letting go.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Floating away.

Far away.

Feel your body fading away into deep space.

Weightless and timeless.

Just let go and feel yourself melt away.

All your worries and anxieties gone.

All your stress gone.

All your emotions gone.

You are one in this moment.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Feel yourself floating away.

Far away.

Letting go.

Follow your natural breath as it takes you into deep space.

Emerging with your awareness.

You are completely at one.

Breathing in.

Now follow my count with each number.

As I count down you will feel more relaxed.

Finally reaching full relaxation when we get to one.

Ten.

Close your eyes and follow your breath.

Allow each breath to bring you more presence.

Presence of this moment.

Presence of your body.

Within your breath.

Be with your breath.

Feel your body.

Scan your body from head to toe.

Feel the warmth of your body.

Feel the sensation that makes you feel alive.

Eight.

Breathe in love,

Joy and peace.

Breathe out stress,

Tension and anxiety.

Seven.

Feel your body becoming lighter and lighter with each breath.

Six.

Completely letting go of the outside world.

Letting go of your thoughts.

Five.

Let go of your body.

Let go of your senses.

Let go of your breath.

Four.

Imagine each breath is charged full of healing,

Soothing energy.

Three.

Feel this healing,

Soothing energy flow through your whole body.

Two.

Allow your mind and body to harmonize as one by only being and loving each breath.

One.

Be in this moment,

Here and now,

With your breath.

Now let your breath go and just allow your body to relax as you anchor yourself in this moment.

Embracing your presence.
