Welcome to this 5D ascension exercise.
Sacral chakra activation.
Open body,
Open mind.
Finding your still space,
Becoming aware of your cycle of breath.
Focusing on the cycle of breath,
Allowing this focus to quieten your mind.
Allowing the focus on the cycle of breath to bring you into the present moment.
Perhaps just for a short time pulling your mind back from all contemplations on the past or all contemplations on the future.
And as you are well practiced with your breath,
The cycle of breath,
Becoming more focused,
More aware of your core.
And you may feel this core like a tiny radiant diamond at the centre of your being.
Perhaps your belly or solar plexus or heart.
As you know how to do,
Inviting the light within the core to ignite.
To expand,
Filling your whole physical body with fluid light.
Bones,
Blood,
Cells,
Organs and systems with light.
Raising the vibration of your physical body.
And from there inviting the light to spill out into your energy fields.
Fluid light into all layers,
Levels,
Dimensions of your energy fields,
Your aura.
As your body and aura becomes filled with light,
Become aware of another point of light.
And this point of light is in the belly area,
Just below the belly button.
And this new point of light is the centre of your sacral chakra.
Your core and the centre of the sacral chakra perhaps may feel close to one another but they will be separate.
Feeling now the connection between these two points of light.
One in your core and one in the centre of your sacral.
The sacral is the centre of your emotional,
Sexual and creative self-expression.
Just like the base chakra,
It is a centre of vital force.
When your sacral is clear and activated you will feel a sense of functioning in the world,
A sense of emotional flow,
An ease of emotional expression,
A default sense of joy,
The ability to meet and fulfil your own needs and desires,
And a certain level of intuitive guidance through your feeling body.
When this centre is activated you will feel sexually confident and mature as an adult.
Allowing these two centres to become connected.
Two points of light.
And as this happens,
Allowing the light from the core to begin to bring out the natural beauty and colour of your sacral centre.
Allowing the vibration of your sacral to increase all layers and levels,
To the highest and most appropriate vibrational level and space for you now.
Allowing the light from your core to begin to connect to anywhere in your sacral that holds any sense of shock or trauma.
In particular,
Any shock or trauma related to your sexual expression,
Your sexual identity.
Allowing this light,
If relevant,
To dissolve any energies related to sexual abuse from this or any other lifetime that your sacral is holding,
Including any energies from the bloodlines.
Also allowing this light to connect to any shock or trauma in the sacral related to your creative expression,
Perhaps due to ongoing criticism.
Allowing the light within your core to embrace any sense of shock or trauma within you that arose during your teenage years.
Allowing this light to lovingly dissolve and clear any anxiety,
Guilt or shame you may be carrying.
Allow the light from your core to dissolve any resistance to your life and your life force.
Dissolving any blocks to you feeling connected to your innate stamina and vitality.
Allowing the light from your core to dissolve any feelings of feeling separate from others.
Dissolving any inability to nurture your own needs and dreams.
To dissolve any energies connected to any stuckness or fear around perhaps meeting new people or trying new things.
Allow the light to dissolve any stagnant emotional energies,
Including energies that do not belong to you that you have somehow absorbed.
Clearing any energies where you feel over sensitive or over reactive to situations in your life.
Allow this energy to dissolve anything preventing happiness or joy in your life.
Allowing this light to dissolve any sense of not wanting to grow up into adulthood.
Allow this light to dissolve and clear any feelings of clinging to another,
Originating from your sacral chakra.
Transforming all of this with love.
Allowing the light from your core to embrace the light within the centre of your sacral.
Dissolving anything interfering with your natural ability to ground your energy into the crystalline grid of Gaia.
Dissolving anything interfering with your natural ability to connect with others emotionally and empathically.
Allowing this light from your core to begin to infuse your sacral with a greater consciousness,
A greater sense of emotional mastery.
Allowing the light from your core to begin to infuse your sacral with a greater consciousness and sense of mastery around your sexual energy,
Sexual impulses.
As you go about your day,
Just feel into this process going on in your body and energy fields.
Remember that you are a multidimensional soul.
You are here for an important reason.
You are here to celebrate your life.
You are here to transform any sense of struggle or limitation into flow,
Joy and liberation.
