Please find a comfortable position with your eyes closed if you wish.

As you focus on your breath,

Let physical and emotional tension ease away on each outbreath and find relaxed awareness allowing thoughts to come and go.

As your awareness of the moment opens,

Feel your energy,

Your very being.

Until the gong,

Be grateful for the past few weeks.

Celebrate challenges overcome,

Lessons learned and non-serving behaviours released.

Be grateful for exactly where you are right now.

As you focus on your breath,

Let physical and emotional tension ease away.

Let your journal of your own sense of identity beautifully grasp the feeling and the escape You are expanding consciousness,

You are love,

Joy and light.

With every layer peeled off,

A new truth is revealed and as you are ready,

New revelations come with every layer peeled away.

Revelations in personal life show a compassionate path,

Seeing yourself in others,

Understanding their motives and actions and being more forgiving.

Insight shows you where you need to be more compassionate to yourself,

Allowing healing loving.

Until the gong,

Sit in peace and feel compassion,

Empathy and love expand.

this was such a gentle and empowering meditation. I appreciate the reflection points and how the listener is given time to think inward on each one. I found that my mind wandered a bit after answering each prompt; coming back to focus on the answer and what it means for me was very healing. developing more compassionate interplay with the mind as a result of practices like this. so grateful for this one 😌🙏🏾.
