Welcome to this affirmations meditation for the full moon in Aries and it's a meditation where the affirmations are set to aim to bring you balance between the me and you opposing energies between the moon in Aries and the Sun in Libra. And the format of these affirmations when we get to them will be I will repeat each affirmation twice leaving you plenty of room to repeat those that resonate with you. Okay now I would just like to invite you please to close your eyes if you wish and just ground and center you yourself in this moment. Just feel yourself becoming still and stable and safe as you focus on your breath. Just feel all your tensions and anxieties and worries just ease and flow away from you. This is your time.
