Welcome to this first quarter moon meditation.
It can be used for any first quarter or half moon period.
I'm Stephanie and I will be guiding you today.
Take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax as you let go of your thoughts and worries.
Bring your focus to your breath.
Feel the air as it enters and exits your body.
This time is for you.
Forget the outside world for a while and focus on your inner self,
Your essence,
Your very being.
The days around this moon phase bring balance,
Both physical and emotional.
It's also a period of growth,
Where your new moon intentions for your dreams and aspirations begin to bear fruit.
It may also be a time where you waver in moving towards these.
There may be perceived obstacles,
But don't waver.
Meet any resistance head on and take steps towards the fulfillment of your intentions.
Spend a minute contemplating your intentions and any obstacles as this phase tests your commitment and visualize your way through them to their manifestation.
If you believe you can,
You probably can.
Believe in yourself.
Believe your dreams can come true.
Your energy levels may be at their highest between 10am and 2pm.
Use this time period to take confident steps towards making your dream a reality.
As the moon is half lit and half in shadow,
Now is a good time for self-awareness,
Self-healing and self-growth in the form of shadow work.
You may find yourself positively changing some key perspectives about yourself.
For a short time now,
Bring some awareness to anything holding you back from shining your light fully.
As the moon moves towards its full phase,
You may regain something lost.
Maybe lost self-confidence or a long forgotten project may come to mind.
This really is a beautifully balanced time.
A time when good fortune,
Love,
Fairness and equality flow.
For a minute now,
Consider how you will find the perfect balance between doing and being.
Your night time dreams are likely to be less symbolic and more realistic.
And they may also hold a prophetic message.
So have your dream journal close by.
Focus on your breath for a few cycles and feel the calm and peace that balance brings wash over you.
When you're ready,
Return your attention to your surroundings.
