Stephanie Andrews is the Director of Program Development at the Center for Professional Well-Being at Children’s Mercy, Kansas City. As the only University of Massachusetts certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher in Missouri or Kansas, she leads MBSR teaching at Children’s Mercy. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University Of Kansas and completed a fellowship at the Menninger Clinic.

Very nice movement practice. It has a strong mindful guidance helpful for the movements and to keeping awareness. Was a bit confused with the forward bend and arms perpendicular to the floor. Thought at some point it was meant to be parallel. Thank you for the lesson.
