Let's begin.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable way to be in the body.
A way where the body feels holy and completely supported,
Wherever it is.
Feeling the weight of the hips equally.
The way the shoulders soften and the chest brightens forward.
Noticing a slight tuck in the chin and a lift through the top of the head.
Finding space in the body.
Finding softness.
Let's see if you can allow your body to be soft on the earth.
Letting go in all the places in the body where we are protecting ourselves.
What can I let go of to welcome more peace in the body?
Where can I soften?
And let's see if we can become aware of that long line of energy that runs down the center of our being.
From the base of the spine to the top of the head.
That channel.
That flow.
Let's see if you can become aware of the extension of that channel as it reaches down into the space below you.
Imagining this long line of energy digging all the way down into the earth.
Let's begin to imagine drawing earth energy up into the body along that energy line.
In the same way that a tree root absorbs nutrients from the earth.
Allow your body to absorb earth energy.
And see if you can notice how supported you feel.
See if you can notice how safe you feel in the body.
See if you can notice how connected you feel to all things.
All things living,
All things that have lived.
Feeling that energy set the tone for your being.
Allowing that energy to center you in the observer's space.
Entering yourself in your heart,
The space of compassion and peace.
The space that holds our truth.
Allowing ourselves to sit here for a moment.
In this moment I release tension.
In this moment I release thoughts that are asking for attention.
In this moment I release any emotional charge that I may be carrying.
In this moment I cultivate an open heart.
Allowing yourself to really tune into your being.
The essence of who you are.
And from this observer's space,
From this neutral,
Energetic,
Compassionate space.
I'd invite you to imagine a version of you that is in a state of being where you feel most harmonious.
Maybe this is a moment in your past that's already happened that you can draw upon.
Or maybe it's a future memory of something that we're cultivating energetically.
Whatever it is,
Allow yourself to imagine this version of you.
You can imagine everything from what this version of you looks like.

What does it feel like?
To be connected?
To be present?
To be clear and loving?
To be confident and kind?
And take a moment to imagine what that feels like in the body.
If I can imagine my energy as if.

What do I notice in my body?
Where is the shift?
When I imagine being this more aligned version of me.

Where is the letting go?
Where do you feel the strength?
What does it feel like in your heart space?
What does it feel like in your belly?
Spend some time here imagining the body,
Imagining the state of energy as if.

As if you were already leading this life.
Energy is aligned living with purpose,
In service and in growth.
And pausing here.

Taking a snapshot of this moment in the body.
Creating a future memory of a state of being.
The state of being that we are cultivating in the body.
Seeing the body how we want to feel.
What our intention is as a conduit of energy on the earth.
Setting the intention for how we want to show up for the world.
Knowing that this snapshot,
This imagined felt sense is a tool to be revisited.
It's a tool to remind the body.
A tool to practice sitting in a vibration.
A tool to manifest the conditions that match the vibration of our being.
Taking a deep breath into the body.
Releasing.
And easing yourself back into the space.
