In this short meditation practice, we will gently count our breaths to induce a deep relaxation response. By habituating the mind to the sensations of breath and a corresponding count of the inhalations and exhalations, respectively, we will enter deep states of inner peace and calm in no time at all. This follows the guidance of the Integrative Amrit Method (I AM) of yoga nidra.
