Hi there,
Today we are doing a combination facial reflexology and face massage for fine lines and wrinkles,
But also this is just deeply relaxing and feels good.
Really good.
So you can do all of this with your hands or if you have a facial reflexology tool you can use that but that is all that we need for this routine today.
And if anything,
Just remember having wrinkles is a very natural,
Beautiful part of life,
But we also carry a lot of our emotions and our tension in our face.
I know that I am very expressive with my face,
Have a hard time hiding my feelings and emotions.
I frown big,
I smile big,
I get the wrinkles around the eyes.
This is all beautiful and normal.
But this routine is going to help with some things.
So we'll start with the facial reflexology.
And we're just gonna start right here in the center.
Of the third eye.
And again,
You can use your fingertip for this.
And we're just going to do some small circles.
You can go in any direction,
Clockwise,
Counterclockwise.
This is just inviting some deeper relaxation into the face.
And then we are going to move up here.
You can do this routine on your own,
On its own,
Or you can also revisit some of my videos for facial massage and gua sha and for relaxation.
They all go together really well.
Then we're going to come above the eyebrow.
Yeah beautiful right above the center of the brow.
That spot feels really nice.
Again,
This is just encouraging.
Your face to relax,
Your body to relax.
It's also inviting moisture into the body.
I have a couple of reflexology routines here for bringing more moisture into the skin and into the body.
This will do some of that as well.
Okay,
So that's what we're going to do for the facial reflexology part,
And then we're going to take Our hand.
And we're just going to encourage our foreheads to relax.
I know I carry so much tension in my forehead.
And even.
Giving the scalp a little massage and getting right here.
Along the hairline.
Just inviting some relaxation in the forehead.
And then for around the eyes,
We're going to take our hands and we're actually going to.
.
.
Press in.
Right here at the edges and we're going to pull up a little bit.
On the eyes.
And we're going to relax.
And it looks a little silly,
I know.
But you can close your eyes and open and close and open.
And this also helps with eye strain.
Sometimes we get a lot of tension around our eyes and you can kind of just lift up like this.
Take your palms and just,
Oh,
That feels really nice.
You're not like on your temples,
You're just above your temples like here.
Kind of pulling up on your eyes and you can use your palms to do your full forehead.
Really,
It's like whatever feels good.
Also for widening the eyes you can do this.
And blink and open and blink and open about 10 times.
And then you can also take your hands here.
And move up.
So this is all kind of wrinkles around the eyes.
It's also just very relaxing.
I feel like sometimes it's just a matter of inviting our face to relax.
You know,
Like I said,
We carry so much in our face.
And in our jaws.
So we're going to come down to the lower face too where we also carry tension and we're just going to invite our jaw to relax.
You can even kind of go like this.
And then you can go like this and you put your hand here.
And then press your tongue.
To the roof of your mouth and let your jaw drop.
Yeah,
Very good.
This is something I like to do.
I don't have face oil on right now but if you had some face oil you could put a little face oil on and you could actually rub and bring your skin up like this.
So if you have a face oil you would like to use for that,
You can.
Glide across your skin and again you're just inviting.
Your skin to relax here.
You can take your lips.
And so on.
You can do that a few times.
Does look a little silly,
But it also feels really good.
A lot of relieving some of the wrinkles in the skin is just inviting relaxation,
So holding right here.
Letting your jaw relax.
That simple.
That easy.
A lot of it is just about inviting.
The face to be soft.
So I hope that you found that helpful and that that felt good for you.
Maybe a little silly,
But this is time just for you.
So I hope that you enjoyed it.
