Hi there,
I'm so happy to be back with you today doing a facial reflexology routine for additional relaxation.
If you've tried out my facial massage video or gua sha,
Those are going to be the most deeply relaxing videos I have.
But if you wanted to add a little bit of facial reflexology to your facial massage,
This is absolutely the routine that you should go to.
And you can do this routine first and then give yourself the massage or you can do the massage and then come and finish up with the facial reflexology.
Either way,
Let's get started.
We are going to start right here.
With this point in the third eye.
You can go in any direction with your circles.
Slowly breathing in and out,
We will do about 10 to 20 circles in each spot.
Just going slow,
Taking our time.
After we do the third eye spot,
We're going to move over to just above the eyebrow and stimulate that spot there.
Most of the spots we're doing here are in the forehead,
Which I do think is where we carry a lot.
Of tension.
And the forehead,
All the reflexology points in the forehead are connected with the larger ligaments and joints and connective points in the body,
Like the larger bodies.
This is going to invite relaxation throughout your whole body,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your hips,
Your face,
Your mind.
Okay and then we're going to come down here and we're going to go just to the side of the eye over here and you can,
I kind of really feel like for this I like it right here kind of under the eyebrow.
You can go along the side of the nose too.
This spot,
This little tiny spot just under the eyebrow on the inside of the eye.
It's the top inner bridge of the nose.
Oh,
I just feel that relaxing me so much.
That is such a great feeling right there.
I really love that point.
Here,
Let me move my,
Here we go.
Breathing into that,
That feels so nice.
Very good.
You can even take the thumbs here and just press them into that spot.
Make a little heart with your hands if you want to.
Okay,
And then we're gonna come up here,
Just kind of like above the eyebrow,
The center of the forehead,
We're gonna do this spot.
I actually feel like I want it up a little bit higher.
So you can play around along this line here and see where it feels best.
But this is feeling really good for me today right here.
Breathing in and out.
And you can combine this with listening to a guided meditation,
Gentle music.
I have several short little prayers and mantras here that you can listen to.
They're really nice to combine and have it stack with.
These routines.
Ooh,
This squash is so sensitive today.
Men.
We're going to take this and Go around the ears,
So down the front and around,
Down,
Around,
And back up.
Just sort of sets in the routine,
Sets everything in.
Oh,
It feels so nice.
You can do this anytime,
Anywhere.
In between sessions with clients,
Students.
Whatever your job is.
Meetings.
Your kids are driving you crazy.
Just this here.
And if you want a little something extra rubbing behind the ears.
I always love,
And them can also do this.
Taking a few deep breaths in and out.
Beautiful,
So good.
Thank you for joining me for this deeply relaxing session.
If you want more of this,
I encourage you to check out my other videos,
Save this book market,
Come back as many times as you need it.
My name is Jessica Amos.
Until next time,
May you stay with yourself today and always.
