Magical starlight energy.

If you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Let yourself tune into the music.

And as you do so,

Simply relax and follow the individual notes as you hear them.

In your mind,

Imagine it's a beautiful starlit night and you're standing in the center of a small,

Peaceful garden.

Feel the grass under your bare feet and feel how dry and warm it still feels,

Even after the summer sun has gone down.

Being in direct contact with the earth connects you to all the peaceful and healing energies of the natural world.

Breathe them in,

Feel them,

Sense them,

Experience the energies.

Find a place to sit or lie down and take a few moments to commune with these beautiful energies.

Look up at the curtain of stars in the sky.

Consider how far away they must be and yet you can still see them,

Twinkling magically against the dark blue-black of the night sky.

Allow your attention to be drawn to just one star and let its starlight energy shine out to you.

As you relax in this starlight energy,

You can forget about your earthly body,

Your responsibilities and all the ups and downs of your current life.

Just sit and be still in this beautiful peacefulness.

Remember we are human beings,

Not human doings,

So just be you and enjoy this quiet time of meditation and bliss.

Now as you begin to take long slow breaths of fresh air,

Allow your mind to come back to the here and now.

Feel the place where you sit,

The surfaces where your body touches.

Being gentle with yourself,

Stretch and bring yourself to a fully wide awake state,

Ready to embrace your life and all the blissful things that are ahead of you.
