You are listening to a meditation from Sound Science Soul.
This is a meditation for the new moon.
The new moon is a time to visualize your desires and set your intentions.
You may want to pause this meditation at times to write down your thoughts or desires.
After this meditation,
You may want to take this a step further and write a top 10 list of desires,
Keeping in mind the good of all concerned for anyone affected by your list which includes all living things.
In your top 10 list,
Focus on what steps you'll take to make those desires come true and write your desires as though they are already reality.
Instead of saying you will or you want to in the future,
Write your desires as if they are so.
These powerful affirmative words,
Instead of saying for example I am not afraid,
Say I am brave.
Consider all aspects of your life when writing this list,
Including your relationships,
Work,
Career,
Self and self expression.
For this manifestation meditation we will envision what you desire based on the highest version of yourself.
So begin to bring that being into your mind and out into your surroundings.
But before we begin,
Sit comfortably either in a sitting position,
Legs crossed or lying down.
And then let's start with three breaths to bring us to our center,
To tell our nervous system it's time to calm down and to begin to calm and erasing thoughts.
Breathe in for a count of six,
Hold for a count of three and breathe out for a count of six.
Breathe in one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Hold one,
Two,
Three.
Breathe out one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Breathe in one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Hold one,
Two,
Three.
Breathe out one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Breathe in one,
Two,
Three,

Six.
Hold one,
Two,
Three.
Breathe out one,
Two,

Five,
Six.
Now allow your body to relax,
Welcoming in this highest version of self.
This is highest version of yourself in front of you.
Imagine the confidence,
Boldness,
Inner peace and kindness if you desire to be those things.
And then develop deeper the visualization of this version of self,
Which is you,
Just a different version.
This isn't about right or wrong or shame or disappointment.
It's about creating something different in yourself,
Knowing you have the power to do so.
At the core of this visualization is harmony.
How do you find harmony both inside of yourself and in your outer world?
How can harmony manifest in your life?
How can it be present in your relationships?
What choices in your life bring you into a state of harmony?
The simple reason music and sound is so important to us,
Why we enjoy it so much is because it represents harmony,
Which is our truest intended state of being.
As you develop your visualization,
Keep harmony in mind and consider these other questions.
What does this highest version of self look like?
Do you seem wiser,
More peaceful,
Healthier,
More confident?
What attributes do you notice?
What are your daily habits?
How do you start your morning and end your day?
What does a typical day look like for you?
How do you treat the people in your life?
How do you handle conflict?
How do you treat total strangers?
What causes do you feel passionate about?
How do you contribute to bettering society?
How do you build community?
What foods do you eat?
What physical activities do you do to keep yourself healthy?
How do you connect with the earth and all living beings?
How do you dress?
What are your spiritual practices?
What else can you envision about you?
Who do you want to become?
What is this vision?
How long is it needed to fully embrace this version of yourself until you are sure you know who you desire to become?
Know that this version of self is already manifesting when you begin setting intentions.
You are always perfect and loved as is.
You were just on a journey to evolve your soul.
