You are listening to a meditation from Sound Science Soul.
In this meditation,
We will be focusing on our cells,
Visualizing creating healthy cells with the intention to create harmony throughout your body.
DNA is in the simplest sense the instructions contained within the cell,
Which are then provided to the cell so the cell can perform.
Just like a music performance needs to be harmonious,
So does our body and our cells.
In a similar way,
We can compare DNA to a songwriter composing the music and providing the lyrics,
The music notes,
The sheet music to the cells,
Which are the musicians,
For them then to perform harmoniously.
Each cell audibly has a unique song,
And when a cell is healthy,
It emits a continuous,
Rhythmic,
Harmonious sound or song.
Yet a diseased cell has an erratic sound or song.
It's not harmonious or rhythmic at all.
A symphony is occurring inside of your body.
Your body is an instrument.
Through this meditation,
We are visualizing repairing that which is out of tune in the body,
Not harmonious.
Find a comfortable place to lie down.
Take in a deep breath,
Breathing in for a count of three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Breathing out for a count of three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Take a second deep breath,
Breathing in again for a count of three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Breathing out for a count of three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Take in that final third deep breath,
Filling your lower abdomen for a count of one,
Two,
Three,
And breathing out again.
One,
Two,
Three.
Perform a quick full body scan from head to toe,
Looking for areas that hurt,
Where you might feel some disease or pain or even just discomfort.
Bring your attention to your head,
Focusing in on any pain or discomfort you might feel here,
Such as a headache or a toothache.
If you do feel pain here,
Imagine your cells in this area.
Imagine the harmonious DNA strand,
The double helix,
Providing a perfectly composed,
Beautiful,
Harmonious piece of music.
And then the music presented to the cell to be performed,
This performance creating healthy cells.
Imagine this composing and presentation in whatever way resonates with you.
You may even hear the music in your head that the strand contains.
Keep this image in your head as we move through the rest of the body.
As we move on to the chest,
Shoulders,
And arms,
Again notice any areas of discomfort or disease.
If there is none here,
It's okay to stay focused on your head or even just to increase the healthy cells in this area,
Regardless of if you feel pain or not.
Imagine the DNA and cell interaction again.
Now regardless of what area you are focusing on at this point,
Start to see the DNA strand moving fluidly and gracefully.
This movement could even be in rhythm to the music you envision the strand contains.
Think of a professional dancer,
Their movements fluid like water,
Almost as if they could levitate because they seem so light.
There is no constriction.
The movements are harmonious as though the dancer is one with the music.
This is how you see the DNA helix moving within the cell,
Helping to create a healthy disease-free cell.
And as you imagine this fluid light state,
Imagine your entire body feels this fluid and light at peace,
Completely relaxed.
Move on to the stomach area and back,
Again staying within any other area if necessary or if you don't notice any discomfort in this area.
Envision these dancing DNA strands now moving a bit faster and faster,
Just like the tempo of a song picks up.
Should they still remain fluid,
Graceful,
Harmonious,
Composing the music for the healthy cells to play.
Concentrate next on your legs and feet whenever you are ready.
See in the DNA strands here and their corresponding healthy cells.
Keep this vision of a perfectly harmoniously composed piece of music encoded in the strand and the DNA gifting the piece of music to the cell to create harmony throughout your body.
If any difficult thoughts or emotions,
Anger,
Sadness,
Pain,
Grief,
Come up as you are working through this visualization,
Examine them and allow yourself to feel them.
They must be felt in order to move through and on.
But once you've felt them,
Rewrite the music behind them to be more harmonious.
For example,
If you're feeling angry at someone,
You could simply change the thought to,
He's doing the best he can and acting out of his own pain.
If you are facing fear over a physical ailment,
Tell yourself,
I am healthy,
Well and taken care of.
If you are harshly judging yourself,
Remind yourself that you are loved,
Whole,
Complete and created perfectly.
The body needs to hear healthy music in our words in order to play healthy music.
In other words,
In order to be harmonious.
Lie still as long as you need,
Keeping the image of DNA strands dancing within your body and see healthy cells expanding and creating a harmonious inner symphony.
If we've missed any body parts where you are experiencing pain or disease,
Focus on those using the same visualization.
You can do this as long as needed until you feel relief in that area or a sense of peace and relaxation.
You are whole,
Complete and loved.
Remember when we heal one,
We heal all.
